Install was a bit of a struggle, but overall I like it.
Installation was a bit of a headache because the insert into the door didn't fit. I was able to modify things to get a solid fit after about 45m of tinkering. The QR code to activate the device is tiny and in a very awkward spot. I struggled to get my phone to scan it. Having had the device installed for the past few weeks, I can say that I like it. With a few caveats: The locking mechanism seems very sensitive to the position of the bolt into the receiver. When using the app to lock the door, it fails more often than not. When using the keypad to lock the door, this doesn't seem to be an issue. Other than that, I really like this and as an over-scheduled ADHD person, I have managed to not lock myself out of the house anymore, which is why I wanted it in the first place.

Unreliable App Access With Unreliable Eufy Customer Service.
I’m unable to access the door lock through the app. I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times. After a reset, it works temporarily, but then the issue returns. I contacted Eufy customer service, but after requesting information and receiving it from me, they stopped responding. Overall, very frustrating experience.

Amazing Security
Pros: 1. Looks very sleek. 2. Installed within 20 minutes. 3. Unlock via app, passcode, or a physical key. 4. Easy to use app from anywhere! Don’t have to be within lock range. 5. Lets all members of the house create their own passkey. 6. Shows you time history of when door is locked and unlocked in the app. 7. Can withstand any type of weather! Cons: 1. App is under one account so if everybody uses the app it doesn’t specify who opened the door just the account user.

Very useful
This product was easy to install and very effective. It notifies me when the door gets unlocked. The app is easy to use and I really like how it has different ways to open; the PIN code and keys are my personal way to go.

Very good Smart Lokc c210
thank you influencer. This lock is very easy to install in less than 20 minutes and so far it is very secure. It sends alerts to my cell phone when they enter a code and it is easy to change the codes. I don't need to carry keys since I am a little forgetful. It is really recommended.

Great Investment
The installment was a breeze and super easy. The best thing it’s compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant so that’s a plus. The security features is pretty good and you have different customization options you can use too. Best of all it’s by a well known company Anker.

Great for home
Installation was done easy and the security features are so cool, makes locking and unlocking so easy especially with the customization. So easy to use on your phone and it recognizes the thumb print very easily too

"A good product, made with high quality, easy to install, easy to use, convenient because it can be controlled with an app, cool that there is a key if the battery dies. However, there is also a downside in that fingerprints remain on the control panel."

Great Product
Very high quality lock. I would say I definitely feel safer knowing my house is secured with this system. Also the ease of the key pad is bar none. Very happy with it.

Easy install
Easy and quick installation. Can be controlled via the eufy security app on your phone. We set it up on all the household members phone. Could not figure out how to have different accounts but we all are sharing the same account via the app. It comes with a physical key as well which is great because electronics cannot always be relied on. It replaced the deadbolt but the regular door knob also requires a key so it would be nice if somehow they were interchangeable so you did not have to use two different keys. In the vent the doorknob lock is locked then the deadbolt unlocking ability would be rendered useless so going to have to keep that in mind when give access to dog walkers, neighbors etc
