2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES Electronics require careful handling and packing to ensure safe transit.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders for standard-sized electronics (headphones, controllers, video games) are processed, packed, and handed over to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Specialized Packaging: Fragile or high-value items, such as OLED monitors and turntables, undergo an additional packing stage using shock-absorbing materials.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.

3. U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days. Free for most orders over $35.
  • Expedited 2-Day Shipping: Available for select items at an additional cost during checkout.
  • Freight Delivery: Required for oversized items like large-screen TVs (55 inches and above) and massive home theater systems. The freight carrier will contact you directly by phone to schedule a convenient delivery window.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR HIGH-VALUE ITEMS Because we ship premium tech (PlayStation/Xbox consoles, laptops, audio receivers), a direct signature is required upon delivery for all orders totaling $300 or more. This policy ensures your expensive device is not left unattended on a porch and protects you against package theft.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS Due to the size, value, and nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding services. Additionally, FAA regulations restrict the air transport of standalone lithium-ion batteries, meaning certain power banks or battery packs must be shipped via Ground service only and cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses.
