Works good, lengthy setup
This printer works very nicely, and I like that you get 3 months of free ink with it. It scans, copies, and prints just fine. My reason for deducting a star is that it was kind of a pain to set up with having to download an app and follow a bunch of steps to get it to work. Probably not an issue of you are tech savvy, but I was not a fan of this.
Misleading- does not have ink
I needed a printer in a pinch. This one advertises an ink subscription all over the box and printer. Take that as a hint. The printer came with 2 cartridges but they are essentially props. You cannot use them. It's there for show. Beware that this printer does not come with ink cartridges-just cartridges that you can look at that are not usable. Why in the world even include them?!
The cartridges came open, it's not something professional or whose mistake? Now how will I know if it really works?
Totally worth it
It works excellent and is very affordable.
Ink is barley visible
Had it for almost 6 months but used it less than 15x and it's already having problems. Paper gets stuck and when it does want to work the ink on the paper is barley visible while show the ink cartridges half full. Is there a fix for this?!

So far, so good! I’ve just set it up and the seems like it’s working well. Perfect size for my space. The deal for 3 months free ink, it’s appealing.
Is not working
I tried many times to connect my IPhone in order to get printing some info from the web but failed , don’t recognize my printer in the list, after so many times I just gave up

I love this printer as I can print out from my phone or computer which is great & so handy!!.. setup was so simple very happy with my purchase & the extra bonus of ink cartridges for 3months wonderful..

False/Misleading Advwrtising
I bought this printer because we got a small settlement and I thought it would be nice to buy a new printer since we had had the same one for a long time. The first picture it shows is that you get 3 free months free ink, which of course draws in the consumer immediately. I did a lot of research on Target‘s website as well as on Google, etc about this printer and nowhere was it obvious that if you wanted to print something in 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 that you had to actually buy that particular paper size which is usually card stock and usually only comes in packs of 20 to 40 and they’re like $10 each. The HP printer that I had right before this had zero issues printing something 3 x 5 on an 8 1/2 by 11 inch piece of paper. But no, these brand new ones you have to buy more things to get the outcome that you want. And Target refused to give me store credit even though there product info was totally misleading. They tried to tell me it was still under warranty so that I needed to call HP. That just means they’re gonna send me the same printer. Which I told the person on the phone that is not the problem and it’s like it was in one ear and out the other and it didn’t matter. All I wanted was a store credit to Target so I could spend my money there and probably spend even more money to get the kind of printer that we needed but the answer was no. Like are you kidding me? We only had the thing for six months. I finally called HP today because I’m a busy single parent and they told me I needed to buy the specific sized pieces of paper and then tried to sell me a bunch of stuff over the phone. I’m not having it.

Worst printer ever, never connects to the internet, I waited hours for it to connect it’s like whenever it feels like it I hate that I spent money on it and now can’t get that back, never buying any of their products ever again!!!!!!!
