The Cartridge is not working.
We bought this about 2 weeks ago and as soon as we installed it we received an error stating that the cartridge was damaged or empty. Not very happy.

Wonderful products
I bought these to replace my cartridges in my M477. I love the printer and it was super easy to set up. I dont know why so many people had a hard time hooking it up. In an hours time I had it opened up, set up, and 4 devices connected. I love it! Great machine!
