I received my printer in January 2025. When it is working it prints beautifully. So far though I have had to do multiple head cleaning/alignment tests too often. But the quality of prints for my artwork is what I was hoping for-excellent. Also uses quite a bit of ink.

Damaged
After carefully removing the printer from the box and inspecting the product for any visual defects, I have identified damage to the printer. This appears to look like the front of the printer has a hole in it and if someone punched a pinhole in it. The side of the computer is bulged (sticking out from the side).
DOESNT RECONIZE INK
3RD PRINTER AND WORKS GREAT BUT AFTER A WHILE IT DOES NOT RECONIZE THE INK CARTRIDGE.
Quit working on day 30
I bought 30 days ago and it quit working. Sometimes won't even power on.
Has what I need for printing music parts
I need a wide-format printer for printing music parts for my jazz sextet. I use 40 lb. manilla drawing paper, 12"X18" for 2-page and 9"X12" for single page parts. For many years I used an Epson WF-7520, purchasing an extra #1 paper cassette to use with the larger size paper, and using the #2 cassette for regular 8-1/2X11 paper. This meant swapping out the #1 cassette every time I needed to print both 2-page and 1-page parts. The WF-7520 finally gave out after I heard a series of bangs inside during printing. Searching for a replacement I found the WF-7840 for the same price as the original WF-7520. It has the additional advantage of a rear paper tray, which handles the 12X18 paper much more smoothly than the paper cassette on the WF-7520 (the paper cassettes on the WF-7840 do not expand to fit paper larger than 11X17). I have owned the printer for less than a week, but it worked immediately with my Finale software and produced excellent quality parts of both paper sizes.
Good Quality at this price point
I've owned several Epson Inkjet printers. This is my first WorkForce. Excellent quality product. Great for a home office. The double trays whole a variety of paper sizes. The automated output tray is a very nice touch. Very impressed with the overall product.
Great features for your company's needs!
I like the multifunctionality of the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7840 Wireless Wide-Format Printer of scanning, copying, printing and faxing and the multiple scanning options. Double sided printing feature is handy to have along with fast printing from different devices. The paper trays hold a large capacity of paper accommodating up to 13 x 19” paper. It was easy to get connected to my WiFi, as well as connect to various devices. I think my favorite feature is the fact that it's completely wireless for the network connections. I can take anything straight from my phone, tablet, or laptops using WiFi direct. This makes it quick and easy to get work completed and sent off without the hassle or need to be glued to one seat. You can also take a flashdrive and plug it straight into the printer, and without ever using a computer still get your work from it transfered onto paper. The large touch screen provides prompts for the different functions which makes it helpful. It printed recipes and brochures clear and with a colorful picture. It ran smoothly and quietly, minimal noise. I would definitely recommend this printer for a large home office or a small business. Awesome all-in-one printer I'm sorry
I got this Epson of workforce pro all-in-one printer for my for my business and I do a lot of business by fax I also print out shipping invoices for my clients. Another great thing about this printer the colors are amazing and brilliant. This all-in-one printer by Epson was easy to set up it comes with instructions there are very easy to follow also it brought a desk to set up the printer or as I did I downloaded the software onto my computer and after it finish downloading and installing the software in my computer the only one Epson printer installed the software through Wi-Fi which made the process so much easier than having a connected to your computer install a disk and install it that way I have to say that installing the software through Wi-Fi what's so much better than having to do it the other way if you're looking for a all-in-one printer I highly recommend you look into purchasing this all-in-one printer by Epson. this is a review for the Epson Workforce Pro WF7840 Wide Format Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

The setup of the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 Wireless Wide-format All-in-One Printer was extremely easy. Installation was a breeze and took less than 20 minutes. The instructions were clear and concise. The ink cartridges were also very easy and quick to install. The print quality was amazing! I had a Bachelorette party to decorate and used the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 Wireless Wide-format All-in-One Printer to print all the signs and menus for the party. I was shocked by how beautiful everything looked. The features I really liked were that the trays would self-eject upon printing and the display screen is adjustable. Overall my experience was great and I cannot wait to explore more features of this amazing product. Great Printer
I was excited when this printer arrived. The unboxing was a breeze with the handles on the plastic wrapping. I simply pulled up with the handles and the entire printer was easily removed from the box. Also the printer felt durable, but still compact. Initial setup was intuitive and easy to complete. I followed the included instructions as well as the prompts on the touch screen, but feel that the user menu on the printer itself was simple enough to be able to complete the setup. To be honest, the hardest part of the setup was finding all of the blue packing tape that needed to be removed. I was easily able to connect to the wifi network and perform the firmware update. I am very impressed by the number of features that are included with this printer. There are multiple trays and locations to feed the paper as well as double sided printing. You are able to print up to 13” x 19” inch which you cannot find in most printers. The output tray comes out automatically which is a fun feature. A press of a button on the screen and it will retract. I was able to successfully print with network cable, usb cable, and via WiFi. All instances worked great. A usb cable was not included, so if you need that option you will need to find or purchase a cable. I also was able to register the printer on the EpsonConnect page and successfully print remotely via email printing and the Epson iPrint Android app. This is a nice feature that lets me print anything to my printer no matter where I am. Scanning and copying are easy as well. There are multiple options to scan to computer, Network drive, email, cloud storage services, etc. And copying is quick and easy. Overall this is a wonderful printer that probably have more features than most users would need. But it is nice to know that they are there if it is needed.
