We have had numerous Brother printers over the years, and always with great satisfaction. But we have had nothing but trouble keeping this printer up and running! (It’s currently down, and since it’s the weekend, there is nobody to help.)

I love this printer
I have a Brother B&W laser printer and bought this Brother color laser printer so I can get rid of my HP ink jet color printer. I use it infrequently and the ink jet cartridges would dry out. The laser printer works every time and will never dry out.
It’s my first laser printer
The setup instructions were a little confusing and it took me awhile to figure out how to open it up to install the color cartridges. But after that it been working great. I sure hope I get my refills in time because it’s not real clear exactly how much ink I have.
The printer is functional but has issues.
After reading positive reviews about this printer, I decided to buy it as a replacement for my old Brother printer. Initially, I purchased the item, transported it to my residence, and proceeded to install it. Upon printing, I noticed the presence of two roller dents on the papers, prompting me to return the item and request an exchange. After receiving the replacement, I proceeded to install it. However, the issue persists, the paper still exhibits two visible markings caused by the rollers. Is that a fortuitous occurrence? I am dissatisfied as I have encountered no issues with the three Brother printers we possess. However, this model does not meet my expectations based on the performance of our other printers. Additionally, the printing speed is somewhat slow.
Great printer for you home or small business
I received this printer Freeform Influenster and Brother for my honest review. The printer is big, but gives you fast wireless printing of good quality. The scan is quick as well. I love the ability to scan directly into my email. Overall this printer is a great option for home or small business.
Nursing student dream
I received this as an incentive for my honest review! I had been wanting to purchases a color laser printer for years! Imagine my surprise when this popped up as a product to review! I have been throughly enjoying my color laser printer by Brother. The colors are super nice and it prints fast! The only cord is the plug for the wall. It’s WiFi capability, double sided printing, AND copying! It’s seriously the best. Makes life easy when I need to print multiple things for nursing school. 10/10 recommend!
Awesome
This is amazing! I was a little worried about the size and it being bulky but it’s not as big as i expected. I mean it’s large for being an at home printer but I’m excited about it! Setting it up was super easy, as it has QR codes you can scan to download the app and help with set up! It’s super awesome that you can print while not even being at home!
All in one fast convenient printer
I’m in love with our new printer. It’s so fast not super loud, does all the things we need(scan,copies,prints, color and B&W). Even faxes which not sure who needs anymore. I love that I can send a document I need signed ASAP to the printer from my phone and bam sign and scan and send back in minutes. Very convenient this replaces our color printer and black and white laser printer. Love that there’s not an overwhelming size console with so many confusing things. Very simple to know how to get to the setting you want. I loved the minimalist approach that some may or may not like. It’s definitely bulky and big so I do wish it was a bit more compact for our home office that would be my only knock on the product. For functionality it’s an 100/100. It’s super fast and print 31 pages per minute. It has an optional lower tray for more paper and can do 2 sided printing as well. Prints smudge free and fast. Lastly they over a subscription but I don’t did that necessary, but love that the option is there. Overall we love the functionality of this printer for our family business and just our family in general. It’s the best of the all you can do in one printer option out there at reasonable price range for businesses.
Amazing printer!
This printer does it all! It's the perfect addition to a home office because this is a one-stop shop to print, scan, and fax. The quality of the prints is top-of-the-line, whether they're black and white or color. I am always impressed at the speed at which it is able to laser print, especially after it warms up printing the first page, and how beautiful and crisp everything looks. This holds up to 250 pages for larger documents. There is an awesome subscription option if you are forgetful like I am and don't want to be out of toner when you have a presentation to print. It's never been easier to print out a favorite photo or important document.
The best printer to get! All-in-one, and fast printing speed!
I have to say this Brother Laser Printer is one of the best printers I have ever owned! This has so many great features, and makes it so much easier to have all in one! I can print, copy, fax, and scan in a push of a button! This printer is very quick with printing too, and the pages come out perfect! This came with everything included to set up, and several sets of instructions. There are several QR codes on the papers, and printer with very helpful instructions! It took me roughly 20 minutes to get this unboxed, setup, and hooked up to my devices. The quality is just outstanding!! I also love the touch screen when selecting which option you want, whether it's fax, copy, or scan. Another really great feature is the NFC customizable shortcuts! Honestly, there is not one negative thing I can say about this printer, it is absolutely perfect! It's excellent for at home and small offices. I have used several printers, this is by far my favorite! Plus, the print speed this has is incredible! Lastly, it prints in color, and black & white. If you're looking for a really great printer, this is most definitely the one to get!
