I decided to challenge this mouse on the shiny, crinkly tablecloth seen in the photo. To my surprise it works quite well, even on such an unusual surface. It’s very lightweight and I like the magnetic closure for the battery compartment. I was hoping this would be rechargeable, that is really my only complaint so far but perhaps that would add too much to the weight.

Good purchase
The HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 Mini Wireless Gaming Mouse is the perfect size for someone like me who has small hands. The curve of the mouse feels comfortable for my hand to rest on. The 1 and 2 buttons click fast and easy. The 2 buttons on the side are fine for reaching with my thumb. There are different colors that light up under the scrolling wheel, which looks nice. The mouse is lightweight for me and easy to move around. It comes packaged and protected nicely. It comes with additional low friction skate sticker than what already comes on the mouse. It also has some grip tape that can be applied as well. I feel like the instructions were not the best. It was clear in every language, except English, since the format changed. The instructions were not helpful in quickly getting acclimated to the mouse. I had to instead go online for information. In the future, it would be better to update that par to make the whole unboxing experience better. There are 2 connectivity modes that you can switch to by turning the mouse over. You can switch to 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, or off. I could not get Bluetooth to pair with my tablet, but it could be that the tablet is old. I did connect with my computer. On my desktop, the mouse connected so fast and easily. It moved quickly and clicked quickly and easy compared to my other mouse. I like how the scroll felt when using it and how it responded to my use. I love the lights changing as I use it. It fits perfectly for smaller hands. It is light and works well for easy and quick clicking and scrolling. Thank you to HyperX and Influenster for letting me try out this awesome gaming mouse.
