The 16" OLED display is absolutely stunning: vibrant colours, deep blacks, and a sharp 2K resolution that makes streaming, photo editing, and general work a pleasure. Battery life is another standout — it easily lasts all day and charges super quickly when needed. It’s beautifully designed, lightweight for its size, and runs whisper-quiet even with multiple apps open. I also love the modern AI features and Copilot integration, which make everything feel smarter and more responsive. Slim, crystal clear screen, fast start up, long ba
I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the HP | Qualcomm Omnibook 5. At first I was unsure about it's performance because of the Snapdragon ® X processor but I needn't have worried. The amazing speed it turns on and then logs you in using the eye retina feature to open your user account instead of putting a password in is phenomenal, programmes open up fast too. The crystal clear 16in screen is plenty big enough, the whole laptop is so thin and light, and the battery lasts for ages, I'd been using it for 2 hours and it had hardly gone down. Oh and I nearly forgot to tell you that the price is very reasonable and affordable. Well that just about wraps up my review, I would highly recommend.
Slim, lightweight and quick
So far, I cannot find a negative point about this laptop. It is very sleek, around the size of my thumbnail which makes portability easy. It is very light. The battery lasts for ages, even if it is on standby and it is not turned off. Charging time is quick and easy with the supplied power cord. Really like the eye retina scanning to unlock the laptop. Camera can be easily switched on or off by sliding the camera at the top. It is quick and easy to use. Keys light up for good accessibility. A great laptop so far.
Phenomenal performance
This laptop is absolutely fantastic. Not only the graphics and its super speed with no lagging performance.. Its battery life is phenomenal lasts so long. The size of the laptop is perfect. Great for gaming, watching videos, office work, university and even just browsing the internet! Next Gen AI with OLED makes it a perfect elite experience. I would rate this laptop as exceptional and a must have for any one who loves quality. HP is a win for me!
Lightweight laptop that handles work, gaming and A
Really impressed with this laptop. It looks sleek, thin, and lightweight but still feels solid. It runs on Windows 11 and handles apps like Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel really smoothly, even with several tabs open at once. The 1080p picture quality on YouTube is great - bright and sharp, and the OLED screen makes videos look really smooth, even in fast action scenes. I didn’t buy it for gaming, but I’ve tried Roblox, Call of Duty, and Elder Scrolls, and they all played brilliantly with no lag or glitches. I was especially impressed with Call of Duty — even during the fast shooting action sequences, the graphics were super smooth and responsive, which I didn’t expect from such a slim laptop. The sound is good too, even though the speakers are on the bottom. You get one USB-A port (handy for a mouse) and two USB-C ports for everything else. The AI features built into the Snapdragon X16 really stand out, helping apps run more efficiently, optimizing performance, and speeding up tasks with minimal battery impact. It’s easy to access at any time using the dedicated AI button, which lets you ask questions, get instant answers, and analyze files directly on your device as well as troubleshooting. The battery easily lasts all day, which makes it perfect for students or anyone who needs a reliable laptop to carry around.
I have to mention the long lasting battery.
HP Omni book 5 offers the best value for money. Starting with the smooth matt casing which is solid and will protect my laptop to last for years. During the work with a multiple tabs and programs open I can't notice any performance slowdown. Finally I have to mention the long lasting battery. I highly recommend this laptop.
Great laptop
I love the larger screen, it allows for watching films when working away. The laptop is sleek in design. It was really easy to set up initially. The battery life is brilliant, I seem to rarely have to charge it. Its great for school work.
I am not disappointed
I bought this because I was reliant on my work laptop all the time. I wanted my own laptop to keep photos, music tabs, and to do my guitar lessons. In terms of screen size, as I don’t intend on carrying around I opted for the larger screen. First off, the laptop itself is sleek in design, it looks really nice. The initial set up is very easy as the instructions are very straight forward to follow and it did not take long at all. I’m new to Windows 11 so that took a bit of getting used to, but once I got by that, personalising the laptop was very easy to pick up. When you log on it loads up very quick which is a bonus. I use this for guitar lessons, and can say the sound is clear, and the video is very sharp; the larger screen helps with the video call for sure. In terms of ports, there are 2 usb-c’s that can be used as inputs and outputs (1 for a charger if using plugged in), if you need to have more connections or connect a monitor there are universal hubs that can be sourced, this is something I have personally done myself. I feel the laptop could have done with an HDMI, but it’s not a show stopper. Last, but not least, the battery - I’ve not used it a great deal without the charger being plugged in, but so far it appears to hold a good charge. For me and what I use it for, overall this laptop is great, only let down for is the minimal amount of ports, but that’s easy remedied.
Great battery life, great picture and sound. Fast
This is a great laptop. It has everything I need at home. The speed is great. Battery lasts and lasts. I've set up to my tv and watched downloaded films from USB and the connection is flawless. Also used hardly any battery. The display size and color quality is beautiful. Nice vibrant colors. I have played games downloaded steam and game play is great. No problems at all. Has pretty much everything you could ask for when using for work at home or office. It is very sturdy and robust, but light enough to carry in a laptop bag. The sound quality is very good. Very happy with this laptop. A great buy in my opinion.
Great
This laptop is great. Super easy to set up and charges really quickly, it also holds charge really well and is ideal for taking with me to uni. The laptop appears to be very sturdy and isn’t overly heavy, I’ve found it easy to transport in my backpack. I’ve not found this laptop to be lacking in anything. It’s very quick and have a great amount of storage
