Easy to use, sleek and modern
I haven't had a new laptop in 7 or so years, and am I happy that this is my upgrade! I love the backlit keyboard, it makes it easy to work in lower light. It's fast at loading up programs and the screen is crisp and sharp. It does everything I need it to, much faster than the beast I was using before. Easy to setup, charges quickly and is pretty lightweight

Very happy with my HP laptop—reliable, fast, great

Not worth the price
The laptop feels cheap, the after closing it and opening it for a month the screen edges leave a dirt print on the bottom part of the laptop. For some reason its hard to plug and unplugged a HDMI or the charging cord from its ports. The display changes colors all the time and its very uncomfortable, horrible white colors and not so vivid colors on the images. I can see light that may be cause by pressure on the display while urning on the laptop. In the software are I feel it has

Amazing peace of technology
This is an excellent choice for training and everyday use. I've recently returned to education to further my career, and this makes it so easy to hop from programme to programme. It’s fast, reliable, and handles multiple apps and video calls with ease. The setup is so easy , and it’s very user-friendly ideal for anyone who wants smooth performance without fuss. The clear display, smooth keyboard, and lightweight design make it great for long sessions or travel. Overall, it is a powerful yet easy to use laptop that delivers great value for every day use. It's brilliant! Love it ????
I accepted this offer because I actually needed a new laptop and this is outstanding! It was on next day delivery so I received this the day after ordering, the display quality is amazing and the sound also! Not satisfied..
The PC arrived with a minor screen issue, a small peeling spot that's visible but doesn't currently affect functionality. However, I'm unsure if it might worsen over time, so I decided to let it go for now. Later, I noticed a speaker issue. I suspected it might be driver-related, so I reinstalled the audio drivers, but the problem persisted. The glitch is brief, like a millisecond hiccup, similar to the sound of an old record skipping. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved it. If the issue continues or worsens, I plan to use the warranty.
