I was really hesitatant to purchase this based on one of the reviews, very glad I decided to give it a chance as I am very happy with the purchase. The machine appeared brand new out of the box and still had all the protective plastics on it. The first boot was a little slow but thats common when Windows runs its first time setup. The screen is amazing, out of the box it was perfect without any tweaking, its bright but not hard on the eyes, while also having great color and contrast. The sound is pretty good for built in speakers, it isnt tinny but you can only get so much out of small drivers. The wireless card has excellent reception and worked well connecting to my AC access points, didnt really do any speed tests but browsing the web and updates were quick with no disconnects or signal drops. The touch screen is accurate and responsive I was surprised how much I use it when I initially found myself using it when I initially had no interest in its functionality. I did eventually replace the hard drive with an SSD, this was supprisingly simple as the case is easy to take apart and service (Great engineering by Dell). Overall very happy with the purchase, makes a great computer where you dont have a lot of space.
