Showed up as 28 gigs
Plugged it in. Showed two partitions. Totaled over 28 gigs. Deleted partions, merged to NTFS. Tried to copy Win11 iso with Rufus. Error. Running H2testw for errors. It's also USB 2.0 and only transfers at 3mbs.
