Very quiet.
They are very quiet. Unless you wear ear plugs (which defeats the purpose of them) you have to max out the volume. If you max out the volume certain sounds will cause the headphones to buzz on your head, then you have to lower the volume to make the buzzing go away, and then you you can’t hear anything. The bass isn’t good so you don’t really want to listen to music on them. The battery life is amazing, they’ve lasted 10+ hours will continuously listening to podcasts. I’m debating on keeping them, maybe try cheaper ones first.

Music and surroundings to my ears at once!
The device was recommended by a friend. Since acquiring, it has performed flawlessly! I am always aware of my surroundings while using the phone or music, podcast and calls. The only drawback is, the open move only comes in one size and it's not available in the compact version.

Good but could be fantastic
I like everything it currently does, it's just missing a few things. If you would add the ability to tell it to answer or ignore phone calls, have it announce the caller if they are in your contacts, voice activate to initiate a call then they would be the best on the market. As it is now they are good but I still have to dig out my phone to see who's calling, or to make a call. Plantronics puts all those features in a package that fits behind one ear with equal battery life.

Totally worth it
Love these! The piece of mind for safety is perfect for my solo runs, and I also use them all day- like for walking my dog so I can chat on the phone and still have my hands free free for the leash/poop bags, and also stay aware of my surroundings. Now everyone in my family wants a pair!! Battery life is amazing. Had them on playing music all day from my run at 6:30am until I went to bed at 10 and they were still at 60%
