First, It took me over a month to get the printer to even work. Every few days Id follow these steps: 1) Make sure the printer is charged. 2) Turn on the printer. 3) Start the app (downloaded from Google Play) and it says no printer found in the top left side. 4) Start bluetooth on my phone and tell it to find the printer. (They are now paired) 5) On the top left side of the app screen where it says "No printer found". I tap there. Now we get "Printer found" and a battery % level. 6) I then open the gallery, choose the image (crop it, adjust it etc) and on the top right of the screen it has the spot where you click to print. IT DOES NOT SAY PRINT or DONE or NEXT..It says "Kodak mini" and the ID number of that printer...really? THATs the "Print" button? - Heres where this starts to fail - 7) It says I have to upgrade the firmware. It crashes at 32% or 48% and I got it up to 82% once and it kept crashing over and over and over and it said "failed to update". Back to 1). Now...heres whats worse...it will tell you it worked and is "Printing" and wait...the printer turned itself off because these steps took too long? Back to 1) again. This went on every few days for over a month+ and today it finally printed. WOW!! I got a small printout of my test picture. It looks nice. So I decide to print another...Wait..the app on my phone still says "Transferring" the first pic to the printer even though its done. I wait and wait..the printer turns itself off. Back to 1) I print a second pic. It still says "Transferring" even though its done. I use the "Back" arrow to choose another pic. It shows me the first pic and still says "Transferring" but I see you can swipe the screen to see the second pic is on standby to print. It never prints. I had to shut down the app, shut off the phone, restart from... Back to 1). Oh...now a 95% charged printer is at 30% due to all of the starts, restarts and failures.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Picture quality is suitable for her. Everything in the bundle was excellent. Only thing that was a waste of money is the markers. They dont work on the paper. The maker set states that it works best with Zink paper. This printer doesnt use Zink Paper. Case that came was not the color pictured. It was a weird denim color. Despite that the printer fits in it perfectly.

This is a great photo printer! We have had so much fun with it. Took it to my dads 80th birthday, everyone loved the photo’s we printed! The app can use some work, but over all it works great!

It was great for the first two pictures it printed. Then it jammed and hasn’t worked right since. Bought new cartridges and they don’t work either and the other two that came with it were wasted trying to fix the paper jam.

But you need to increase number of print. now, just 10 sheets. this is uncomfortable. anyway, these printer is amazing.
