Easy to do two sided printing. Having trouble setting up FAX. Instructions to set up not that clear. Need to work on that.Otherwise very good printer and scanner.

Prints good, but kind of hard to do anything with it except normal straight up 1 page printing. Software interface is not easy to use. Not intuitive.

Installed this printer in October. It stopped working right after the return and product support that came with it wore out. My computer guy cant even get it to work.

This is a great little printer. It prints duplex, first page out is very quick, and it is very compact. I only wish it would also scan in duplex mode.

A good printer that will print both sides. The control panel id too small and feeding off size sheets manually is difficult

This mfd doesnt automatically copy double-sided copies. You have to scan each side manually. Huge inconvenience.

bought this off the recommendation of our computer support people. it was horrible to set up, no instructions except on computer, long wait on phone. wouldnt buy again, trying to get it sent back and buy another type of printer.

Has this weird error where every time I try to print, it says to load paper even though it’s full, I have to press “ok” every time. More annoying than anything but it’s good.

Decent printer as a backup for my other 3 HP printer. Print quality not as sharp, but this is only used as a fax machine

I have not been able to figure out all its functions. But copying is quite good. Hopefully it will come together when I spend the time to figure it out.
