This product goes through ink cartridges like crazy and gives no warning. When the cartridge is out, you cant print. It claims that you can print in Black and White and I tried every possible thing to make this happen and it still would not print. I have spent hours on-line and on customer support websites and phone calls trying to set up the Dash/automatic cartridge refill program and can not make them connect. My old printer was given to me as a Christmas gift in 2000 and worked without a single problem, needed cartridges maybe once every 1-2 years, but finally we upgraded to a wireless one. This one we have had for 4 months and had to buy cartridges several times already with absolutely no increase in use (indeed, I think we have used it much less and only printed at most 20 photos). Terribly dissatisfied.

Got 10 good photos out of the printer. Now no matter what the photo is... they all came out like this. Definitely going to be contacting support for a return and refund.

I just got the printer set up so I can"t say too much. I really like how compact it is because space is limited in my home office. My old Epson is still working and did for years and years through 2 computers, but I needed an upgrade with scanner etc. I have only had good experience with Epson.

I put off this purchase for several months as there are so many 1 and 2 star user reviews for every all-in-one inkjet printer currently on the market. I finally decided to purchase the xp-6000 and let the chips fall where they may. My experience so far: set up was a breeze (bypassed the cd install and opted for online), usb and WiFi work fine, b&w and color text and pics look good. The printing mechanism is very quiet. Nice looking unit. No complaints. Don’t know yet about ink cartridge usage. We’ll see.

Bought because this had great ratings, disappointed right awar. We have epsons in all sizes. Replaced older epson same size. Paper tray is Flimsy, tray is weird and not flat when paper comes out, annoying set up, not happy with this at all

The color prints that come out of this printer are decent, comparable to any cheap printer, unless you need a deep black. It is impossible to get a rich black to print from this printer. For having two black cartridges a deep black should not be an issue, but it definitely is. I purchased this to upgrade my 6 year old Epson, and it turned out to be a downgrade in printing quality as well as printer construction. My previous epson was solid plastic, very stable and well put together. I took that to mean that Epson was a reliable brand of printer and upgrading to a newer epson would get me an even better printer. Not only did the color and print quality decrease, the printer is made of paper thin plastic and looks like it will crumble if I sneeze to close it to. If you are using this for printing papers or word documents its a great printer, it is 100% absolutely NOT a photo printer and under no circumstances would I ever recommend this machine to anymore doing more than printing papers. -- Be Aware, this does not ship discreetly, it is sent in uncovered packaging so if it is left on your porch everyone will see you got a printer --

I was apprehensive about buying this printer because of the mixed reviews but I decided to say the heck with it and jump in with both feet. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality of printing it has. I didn’t have much expectations for photos because of the price or reviews but it blew all expectations out of the water. I’m beyond excited about the double sided printing! I know that sounds nerdy but when you are a full time RN student, you try to pinch pennies in every way possible. I have no upgraded my HP printer (just bought last year but the quality is that of a two year old coloring birdbox style) to doorstop/paperweight or even possible anchor for my kayak. If you are looking for a printer that is inexpensive with good printing quality with some extra bells and whistles...this is your printer.

Buyer Beware: Although this is a great little printer, you can only find the ink (#302) at a few select stores, including Epsons web site and Amazons. You can also not refill them. Forget buying them online except at the aforementioned and Best Buy. This is not advertised and I think it is terrible. Buy another - the cheap price is not worth the hassle of finding the ink....and it uses 5 ink cartridges. One regular black and one photo black. What?

Well I wish I could Return this printer!! Either I got a Real Lemon, or this is just not a good printer! Wasted my money!! Ive never had a printer that had so many "rules" in order to print and just when you think youve done it right, you get a message that something is wrong. Now its saying "paper out" and theres plenty of paper in there. Im not going to get another Epson printer after this one and I may return it, though its been almost 5 months, just because it would make me feel better!

Ordered this on a Monday morning, didnt arrive until Thursday afternoon. Seems to work well, but have already had an issue with Win10 saying the print queue is full when there is nothing to print. Tried to turn off and back on, looked at print queue which was empty, ended up uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to print again. Hope this isnt going to be a recurring feature.
