Im a graphic designer and I use a fancier version of an Epson eco tank printer at the office when I need to print large mockups. I have a lot of experience with printers. That printer at work is complicated. I actually enjoy using the ET-2750 because the menu is less complicated and the printer itself is much less finicky. This is the perfect printer for home office use. I was initially hesitant to purchase a refurbished version. The initial printer I received was a dud. I had a feeling there might be an issue when I unpackaged it and saw dust on the scanner plate. The initial printer I received would not charge ink (make sure you follow the set up instructions exactly). After spending some time with Epson over the phone to try to correct the issue to no avail, I asked Amazon to send me a replacement and they did so! The second printer arrived the following day and it is flawless. It took a little time to set up the ink charging and wifi, but it works as if new. Here are what I consider Epson ET-2750s pros and cons. Pros - Wireless printing - It came with surprising features, such as stock stationary (pictured). Its so useful to be able to print a calendar, graph paper, or a music sheet with a touch of a few buttons. - Ecotank ink lasts quite a while! - The size is perfect for a small space. I live in a studio apartment. This was a huge selling point for me. - Precise printing - You can tilt the screen up to read when standing in front of the printer, rather than sitting or crouching in front of it to see the menu - Borderless printing! This may not be important for a lot of people looking for a printer to cover their office needs, but I often need to print graphics and photos. Borderless printing is important in this scenario. - Double sided printing option (good for thicker stocks and not the recycled paper I use for normal documents) Cons - It is not a very accessible printer. This is not a problem for me, but for folks who have issues with eyesight may have trouble reading the menu. The screen is tiny! (I actually think its cute) Some of the menu pages are lengthy and require focus to read. - Ecotank may not be the right choice for people who are not comfortable with or open to learning more about printing processes. As a graphic designer, I do a lot of print work. You need to be detailed and pay attention to how you load the ink into this printer. For those who are used to color vs black cartridges, this might be an area of growth for you. Having to set paper settings every time you load paper is something youll have to get used to. Again, due to the level detail required in my work, this is not a problem for me. - My minor annoyance is the wifi set up process. My wifi has a long password. It is annoying to use two buttons to navigate the whole alphabet. When I updated my printers software I had to set up wifi again. First world problem. Im really excited about this printer and think eco tank is a great invention. Im looking forward to seeing how useful this printer will be in the years to come.

Had an ancient Epson R280 that was showing its age. In last couple years I started buying generic cartridges which, although relatively inexpensive, seemed to be poorer quality ink and ran out more quickly. With so many printer choices out there, decided to give this one a try. Have been watching the Ecotank models since they were released and the notion of paying a little more upfront for hardware and rarely buying ink was super appealing. Setup was easy enough on my wireless network, print quality is great, and speed is plenty fast. Based on our normal relatively low household usage, I predict it came with enough ink for 3 years of printing. Refill of all colors seems to run about $60 which feels totally reasonable for covering 2-3 years of printing. At this point weve been using for the past three months and overall are extremely pleased.

This is an expensive printer that is just not good. The print quality was constantly streaky and light (yeah the ink may be cheap, but it prints worse than printers I used 20 years ago). Really was not happy for such a highly recommended printer by certain radio hosts. Worst printer I have ever owned. A couple of side notes: 1. The screen interface is super tiny and in general terrible for such a modern piece of equipment. 2. Customer service is terrible and even though this printer is just a couple months old I just threw it in the trash because of the inability to get anyone to help at Epson. The picture is of my printer in the trash:) On a side note I bought a printer that is $100 cheaper (Cannon Imageclass LBP612Cdw) and is a color laser printer....wow....amazing and very crisp print quality. Look at that printer instead and you will not be unhappy.

I was decieved by the promise of ease of use and low ink cost. For the first 3 months, the printer worked fine. After that, I started getting error messages...it constantly had to have the wifi password re-entered or had to be rebooted. Twic, I have had to delete the printer from the network and re-install the printer drivers. It is now in a fatal error state and I can do nothing. I am waiting to hear back from Epson product support and will change my review if the printer ever works as promised, but I have little hope.

This printer did not work well or last long. Weve had it less than a year and it wont print color. Its full of ink, all the diagnostics indicate it is full, but it will not print color at all and the black ink fades in and out. We dont do a lot of printing, but need a more reliable printer when we do print. This is our second Epson. We loved our first one and were disappointed when after so many hours it claimed to be at the end of its life and wouldnt print and now this one is a disappointment and I havent been able to get any answers from Epson Support.

print quality was average. Still had difficulty with software from time to time, maybe 3 print requests to get something printed. Then 7 months from purchase, I get a msg saying paper is out. I remove and replace the paper countless times, taking all panels apart and look for obstructions. Cant see any problems. And the thing is totally useless. A $230 paperweight. The stupid $50 printers I used to buy did better.

Weve had the ET-2750 for almost 2 months now, and are satisfied with the quality and operation. The setup was easier than its predecessor, a Canon MX 492, and the new Epson is a breeze to operate compared to the Canon. The Canon does cost more than comparable printers of other makes, but that difference will be easily justified by the amount of ink included with the printer. All in all, were very happy we made the change.

if the printhead clogs, like mine did, game over. There is no effective method to clear a clog. The clean printhead function is useless. About 350 color pages, the magenta clogged. After cleaning the printhead, now only the black works. Big ink tanks are useless if the ink doesnt get to the page. IMHO, this is a product to avoid unless you print on a daily basis.

I spent $300 on this printer with the promise of not having to buy overpriced print cartridges anymore. It took less than 6 months for the print head to get a few nozzles clogged up and start printing with lines missing. This doesnt normally happen unless you run out of ink ( I havent) or dont use the printer for extended periods (it gets used regularly) I tried running the print head cleaning functionality repeatedly and it didnt fix the problem. I will be contacting Epson directly and try and get this resolved. For now, my recommendation is DONT BUY. Maybe they will redesign this and fix the problem. Im unlikely to spend another $300 to find out.

I bought the ET-2750 before last Christmas and found it to be an impressive, reliable wireless printer. The main reason for my purchase was that a supply of ink is included on board the printer. Epson claims the inks will last a year and save the user a lot of money. For me, that remains to be seen. The ET-2750 has two weaknesses. Adjusting the color for pictures/photos can be a nuisance. Syncing the printer to your network requires entering necessary info using the buttons on the front panel and checking the entries using the small screen nearby. To be fair, these flaws could be partly due to “user error” rather than Epsons “design error.” Id recommend Epson include a complete printed manual in the box with the ET-2750 rather than requiring the new user to go on-line to access and download it.
