These monitors are amazing! Nice big screen, excellent price, excellent resolution, and small bezel making them perfect for a multi-monitor setup. I have two of these at work and had to get two of them for home as well. If I had the desk space, Id like to go with three of them! Ultra thin? Heck yeah they are! Its also easy for people not to realize that the two screw holes in the back are for a vesa mount as most people are used to have 4 holes.. but with such a slim, light monitor, you only need the 2 holes and it mounts fine. You do have to mount it to the top holes on the vesa mount because of the part that sticks out for the stand. The only negative I have is that the power button is on the back. That means you have to reach under the monitor to the back to press the bottom button. If you never turn your monitors off, its not an issue.

I am almost laughing about how I almost bought a different HD Monitor when I was searching for a new one, but at the last second, I was able to pull away and change my purchase to this completely fantastic, bright, clear and awesome monitor at an unbelievable price. One review I read someone said something about it tipping over and needing to brace it down. I was concerned about this but now, I have no concerns about it tipping over than I would any other monitor not to mention the stand looks great too. Video looks awesome. Pictures look awesome. Gaming is awesome. It was about $60 less than the one I almost bought and it was under a hundred bucks at $99. Id pretty much recommend it.

As a college student, price was my main consideration, and this monitor delivers at this price point. I use it as a secondary display for my MS surface book, run through a surface dock. It functions beautifully. The form factor, between the thin profile and thin bezel, is perfect for my little dorm room. As far as monitor performance, its not the best, but it does everything I need it to. The black/contrast levels are underwhelming, but in all fairness, Im going constantly between this and the surface book, whose screen can thrash pretty much everything, let alone a monitor thats 1/22 the price. Video plays beautifully, even at 60FPS. That said, I dont game much, but I wouldnt expect greatness from this monitor for that purpose. I did once encounter some weird "snow" interrupting my picture, but cycling the power put a stop to it. Startup time is blazing compared to the older monitors I had been used to at home. Overall, great value monitor. Id love to try daisy chaining a couple of them, but Ill just have to wait until I have the room.

I mostly work from home but I do have a cubicle for work. At home Im very easily distracted but at work I didnt have a monitor beyond my laptop. I didnt want to put a lot of money into a work monitor but I frequently need to be able to view 3+ windows at a time in order to be productive. This monitor is big enough that I can comfortably view 3 windows at a time large enough that I can read. The setup was simple and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. I did buy to like 2$ 4 year warranty so Im not worried about it failing. If it lasts 4 years its worth the $100. It is super light and thin so it was easy for me to carry into work. Its also small enough that I can lock it in a drawer over the weekend (because with it being so portable Im a little concerned about it getting stolen). Really a fantastic deal!

I really like these. Ive bought two and need another. Theyre cheap, light and thin. I use them for work, spreadsheets and all that miserable stuff, so I cant speak to them for gaming, graphic design etc.. but they work awesomely for my needs. For the price, they cant be beat. I also love that theyre so thin and light! The build quality is pretty good, again esp for the price. The stock picture shows the corner looking really gapped out but it isnt bad in person, dont really notice any issues.

This was my second Sceptre HDMI monitor. The first one was bought from Amazon about a year ago and worked great until I knocked it off my desk and cracked it :-( So I ordered another one and it arrived in its sealed box without the support bracket that connects the monitor to the base. I emailed Sceptre customer service and explained the problem, gave them the Amazon order # and the address where to ship the part. Thats when the problems started. Apparently they cant use the Amazon Order # for anything and the wanted to know when I bought it, what was the model # and the serial #. OK, I provided that. Next they wanted me to register it on their website and THEN order the part, "Buy it" or whatever, Ill never know because I told them where to put their monitor. I returned it to Amazon for a full refund and bought a much nicer one from one of their competitors. Yea!

It took 10 days to get it. They sent it ground shipping. Yuck. Best Buy LLC. It seems if you ever dropped it or it fell it would break into a million pieces. It seems to be made very cheap. But the picture is great. Will see how long it lasts.. My son has had one for a year now and seems ok. The shipping box was beat up.l I really am surprised it works.. Also it says if you use the stand you need to get a strap for the back. It does not come with that strap.. It seems fine without it.. But that says something about the company saving a buck. Where else did they cut corners. The Chips. I hope not. The power cord looks like it would be used to power a transistor radio it is so thin. Anyway will see how it goes. $120 wont break me.

I purchased two of these monitors a year ago. I did not get the chance to use them until now. Since, I am working from home. So I had no idea until I unpackaged them a few months ago that I discovered one out of the two was defective. When I troubleshot it, it would turn on for a few seconds and then abruptly shut off. Initially, it was an painstaking inconvenience because I only used the monitors to study for my courses. Now, it is a tremendous work stoppage as I work from home and require both monitors to successfully do my job.

It worked great for approximately 6 hours, then the backlight broke. I can still see the picture if I use a flashlight and its definitely hooked up right. It had so many great reviews, thats why I bought it but I must have gotten unlucky with this one.

You cannot beat this monitor for the price. It looks and feels high end. Works perfectly with all my computer systems(Linux, Mac Apple and Windows 10). My MacBook Pro looks great next to this beautiful monitor. The monitor even came with a very nice screwdriver to install the base. I will buy a couple more of these monitors for my office set up. I will update this review if anything changes.
