I purchased these based on the description thinking it was truly a computer monitor ... it is a TV! Well I get them out of the box and mounted. I turn them on to find out they are not monitors that are TVs that you can use a monitors. Okay.. we can work with this. Then I realize they have shipped me 2 different models. No biggie right? Well not until I realize one is kinda fuzzy and the other is almost clear. I realize that I am sunk cost at that point. Well I received these early June and here it is late September and I have a LINE across the bottom of the monitor. Surely I can contact someone and share this with them.... #NOPE. I can find no way to reach anyone. I am now out $180.00 as I am sure the other monitor is going to crap out on me too. STAY AWAY!!

I purchased this monitor back in January and now has lines across the screen. I went to try and contact seller for warranty information but I couldnt find where I could return or otherwise as time frame had expired.

This TV came up for me in an Amazon search for "computer monitors". Silly me I just went ahead and bought it when I saw the price and I didnt read the reviews. (It was late, I was tired... wont be doing that again.) This is NOT a monitor, its a TV. If you are looking for a monitor so to have crisp resolution then dont buy this. If you are only using the computer for general web browsing this might not bother you much. Beyond the fact that Amazon marketed this to me incorrectly the TV also has a manufacturer defect. There is a square of blue dots in the lower corner. Ive done troubleshooting and its not a graphics card problem, this is a problem with the TV itself. So right from the box it is already defective. If I HAD to come up with a pro for it, um... it came with a mini screwdriver so to put the base on it. That was a nice feature. Thats it though. Thats the only pro.

This is the 2nd purchase of the same monitor. There is a line of pixels missing at the bottom. With the first monitor, the pixel line appeared after the 30 warranty. I spoke with Amazon about replacing it with the same model monitor. This 2nd monitor, was also purchased with an extra warranty, in case it happened again. Wouldnt you know? Today I have had this monitor since the 24th and today, the 13th, I have a long line of missing pixels. DO NOT BUY!!!

I tried to buy this as a replacement monitor for an old monitor, but what I received was EXTREMELY blurry, making some Chinese characters unreadable on the screen, had wrong scaling, making me cut the edges from 1920x1080 to 1862x1058, and has some dark shadow on the edges which doesnt make sense. Just pay some dozen dollars more and buy better monitors if you are going to buy this as a PC monitor.

I haven’t been able to use the monitor via HDMI with my Mac book air. I’ve tried with different cables and with a windows computer and it doesn’t work. I know its the monitor because I’ve used my PCs with Samsung monitors and they work fine
