Model# C248W-1920RN First off, the actual monitor is nice. I bought two of them and they line up nicely. I have never had a curved screen before and I like it. But.... 1. This is NOT Edgeless as you can see from the pictures. Yes there is smaller casing around the edge of the monitor but the visible screen does NOT go to the edge. 2. Tried as I might I can not get these monitors to the refresh rate of 75hz, the highest I seem to get is 60hz. I have updated all drivers, tried multiple different cables, uninstalled drivers and software and reinstalled it again. I have even lowered the resolution to see if the claimed 75hz works at a lower resolution and there is no sign of it. So, two out of the three reasons I bought these monitors was a lie.

Trick 1: Call the color "Black Metal". Is it metal? No, its not. Its cheap, rough plastic. Trick 2: The two monitors I got had been repackaged and resealed at the factory. Why are they sold as new? Trick 3: Edgeless? TOTAL LIE. There is nothing "edgeless" about these. 1 of them had a dead pixel out of the box the other one has a super-bright corner. These are trash.

Im not sure if there are some dead pixels or if there is an imperfection in the screen toward the left side of the screen. Picture quality is good, but the built in speaker is of absolute HORRIBLE quality. My 4 year old smartphone sounds 10x better.

This is not a terrible monitor, but it is not what is advertised. The resolution looks nothing like 1080, overall picture quality is noticeably worse than an acer monitor I have with the exact same same specs, and it is not 75hz, it is 60. All in all it is a decent monitor, but I bought it expecting clear picture and 75hz refresh rate, that is what was sold to me and what I paid for, but not what I received.

This monitor goes black after a certain period of time - it is not in sleep mode. Sleep mode is turned off. When the monitor goes black, it cannot be re-opened and the computer must be shutdown and rebooted before the monitor will display again.
