Ive only had it for a few days, but I love it so far. Very clear picture, and since Im only using it to extend the display on my tiny laptop, its doing its job perfectly.I only gave it four stars because the stand makes the monitor lean forward slightly and there are no screws to hold it in place. It is sort of alarming to me, but the weight distribution keeps it from falling over. I keep it in a corner on my desk where it would have to be forcibly pushed over now, even with the tilt, so I dont expect any problems. But a screw to keep it entirely upright would be nice.

Wow, what a surprise this was! We had a small TV that I was using as a secondary monitor for my laptop, and very occasionally as a television, and one day, it just died. We were debating whether I wanted to get another TV, because we dont watch TV that often, or another monitor for my laptop so I could have dual monitors again. Then my son suggested we get a Fire Stick and this monitor so we could watch Hulu, Netflix, PBS, and Amazon Video. I wasnt home when it arrived, so my son set it up. I was really impressed with it when I got home. It has a very nice picture, really clear and easy for even someone like me to sit across the room as easily see text. I dont have to be on top of it to see like I do my regular monitor. We have the Fire Stick hooked up to it, and since it has dual HDMI ports, we have an HDMI cable running out that my son hooks his tablet to so we can look at things he has on his tablet, pictures and such. It also has decent audio, and can get loud without breaking up. Actually, thats my only regret, that since its not a television, Alexa cant turn down the volume, you have to get up and do that, and the volume control is in the back of the monitor, so you have to kind of feel around. I might get it some nice wired speakers for it that have the volume control in the front.

Never heard of this brand before, so was a little skeptical. Packaged nicely, and I needed one with HDMI/DVI ports. The base IS adjustable, and has very high quality resolution even on DVI. Buttons are on bottom and easy to access. For the price, I am very happy with the look, the quality, and the functionality! Paired with a 1050ti card and I have a decent gaming rig! Highly recommend, Im really impressed. 24" was a nice upgrade from 19"!!

The monitor is a little finicky, I had to use a couple of different HMDI cables to get a crisp image. The colors seem pretty accurate. The speakers on the back are not very good, they give off a higher pitch and are tinny. You get used to it a bit, but if you are going to watch movies or listen to music, you will need to get standalone speakers. One annoying thing, when my laptop is idle it is programmed to turn off the screen after 10 minutes, When this happens, I will wake the laptop but the monitor will not come back on. Even if I turn it off and back on, it will not realize any signal is coming from the HDMI port. I have to physically unplug it then plug it back in. The HP monitor I use at work does not do this. Overall for the price it is ok, but I would rather spend a little more for something that work better.

I use this monitor as the primary display for my 13" MacBook Pro when Im at home. I originally used it via HDMI, but switched to DVI because my Mac kept trying to use the monitor as the default audio device. The picture quality looks good, and the display brightness is excellent. My only complaints are about the audio. While I expected the integrated speakers to be low quality, they are even worse than I imagined. For this reason, Id really like to see an audio out port, but unfortunately, there is only an audio in port. However, for the price, this is an excellent monitor, and the connection options are great. It was an excellent purchase and I have recommended it to my customers at work.

Good basic monitor. Allowed me to convert my "Franken-monitor" mismatched dual setup to something decent looking for under $200 (with mount). I used a WALI Dual LCD Monitor Desk Mount Stand, also from Amazon, for about $175 total (with CyberMonday discounts)! Not the best possible graphics, but great for schoolwork and basic office functions. I was worried my wife would balk at the cost, but she loves the 2 widescreen monitors, and can now surf & download pics for her teaching work with a minimum of hassle.

Fired right up. the base of the stand snaps right on. (If you want to use the VESA mount option, the stem that sticks out of the bottom apparently is NOT designed to come off, though.) Came with BOTH VGA and HDMI cables, which was a pleasant surprise. Rich colors. No adjustments were needed out of the box. Great value for $99. One star off for the super crappy speakers, which are worse than our laptops (no kidding, and were not gamers). Seriously, Sceptre, why did you even bother to tease us like that? be ready to get auxiliary speakers... that will take up some precious desk space and a power outlet.

Ive only had these monitors (I bought two) for a few days. I wanted to try them because they were the cheapest 22" 1080p option. They look good, but both arrived with a dead pixel. For the price, I dont think its worth returning, its just disappointing. Still a big step up over my 10-year old monitor. The sound is not good either. Definitely need your own speakers. But I do appreciate that they came with a few cables so I didnt need to go buy any new hdmi or dvi cables. One thing worth noting is they arrived in retail packaging only. So if youre worried about the delivery person leaving a box at your house when youre not there, you should know that this monitor is displayed on the packaging.

MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) was damn close to exactly 2 years from purchase. Bought this in concert for a monitor for a Home Security DVR setup, The DVR setup was crazy cheap Chinesium, (now defunct brand, who would have thought) but worked perfect for my needs. When one night the monitor went dark, I was certain the DVR had imploded. Bought replacement that is now on its way. Off from work today so I pulled out an old monitor and tried it - Son Of a Biscuit, Chinesium DVR is fine from a defunct brand Tekvision, but the failed Chinesium monitor from a company still in business is dead. Not mad or angry at all, as I break down the cost and how long it lived, it only cost me 11 cents a day basically to have and use it, so a fair deal... Just sucks to have something you use every day with no warning just decides to wet the bed.

I was looking for something descent to go along with my budget PC build. The primary use for this screen is editing and light gaming. The screen isnt the greatest resolution youre only getting 1920 x 1080 but for beginning I say it is definitely a good buy for what its worse. You get about 60hz to 70Hz refresh rate which is pretty low in comparison to other monitors. I like the capability of tilting the monitor 5 degrees since the sun shines directly on my screen in the evening. Overall Id recommend this monitor to someone doing a budget build or not looking for anything extravagant . The Monitor doesnt feel extremely cheap which I like but the audio quality on it is absolute garbage.
