I was stunned when I realized how large this monitor would be on my desk. I bought it for 4k gaming and it does just that perfectly. The colors look phenomenal, and I can play PUBG at ~30 fps on ultra with an EVGA GTX 1080 SC. I have to say though, that Far Cry 5 and Battlefront II do not work in 4k, the monitor keeps switching inputs and will lock up my computer, I havent figured out if this is an issue with the monitor, the game, or my PC yet. EDIT: My Corsair 500 watt power supply was insufficient and was causing the issues. I bought an EVGA 850 BQ which may be overkill but it was the best they had at the local BestBuy. Far Cry 5 runs very well in 4k on ultra settings, Battlefront II does not, when I lower the refresh rate to 30 hz it runs smoother but still too glitchy to actually be serious. So, Im not sure what the refresh rate should be, I tried using the monitor in 1080p again and it still looks phenomenal, so the screen runs silky smooth. I do have a complaint that there is a large amount of screen bleed, the attached picture displays it perfectly, and I think for the price that this is not acceptable. It defeats the purpose of having a quantum dot crystal display because the light bleed washes the colors out, and is most noticeable with images that contrast greatly. Overall. I am pretty satisfied because when you see some of the images with extremely vibrant colors, it feels like the image really pops because of how vibrant the colors can be, just disappointed with the amount of light bleed. The best thing about this monitor is that you can lean all the way back in your chair and not have to squint or lean forward at any time to see object far away in a game. Giant monitors help your posture!

As far as I can tell, this is going to be a great monitor for what Im looking for, which is to connect it to an Apple TV via HDMI and to a Mac via DisplayPort. Im not an expert critic on the quality of the video so Ill leave that to others ... it looked like great resolution to me (Im a pretty heavy computer user). I was pleasantly surprised that the package included a box with pretty much all the cables one would need: power (of course) but also HDMI and DisplayPort. Im a fan of DisplayPort with the Mac. The only unfortunate part is that the cable kit adapted the full-size DisplayPort cable ends to the Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt) via a sort of V-shaped adapter ... which fit at the small end ... but my Macs interface area is a bit crowded so the wide end of the V was a non-fit. Nevertheless, I really appreciate that Samsung included the cables and, with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004CAGDUA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00 (or similar) one can solve the DisplayPort issue.

Bought thus for my husband who is a huge gamer. He has all gaming systems imaginable and has been playing since he was a kid. He absolutely loves this monitor. Months after the purchase he still carries on about how awesome the picture and graphics are! He now compares this to our regular Samsung smart tv and now says we need a new tv. Ha!

Its possible I got a dud. My monitor was returned to Amazon. Color reproduction was HORRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. Did hours of research and calibration and could not achieve a visually satisfactory result. I was coming from a different TN monitor, so I dont believe my expectations were unreasonable. Panel had inconsistent backlighting and flickered. I used it 100% with an Xbox One X connected via HDMI in the proper port. Can confirm this displays 4k content on a gaming console and controls feel snappy and responsive...but there are plenty of other options out there with similar great response times and low input lag (most IPS monitors are similar enough for the majority of gamers). Would not recommend this for console gaming.

Im having issues with the USB ports. If my PC power-supply is switched off, they dont work, forcing me to plug my keyboard into the tower itself rather than the monitor. I"m still working out why that is. Other than that, 32" is amazing real estate. 4k is a fantastic resolution. Color reproduction is solid and accurate. I use this monitor for Lightroom and Photoshop where color reproduction is crucial, and Ive been very happy so far. PS: Shipping is HORRIBLE. Box was terribly damaged but the monitor is functional so I kept it.

This monitor is the best monitor or tv Ive ever owned. Im a tech geek and this monitor is a joy to play games on and behold. The colors are vibrant in a way you have to see. Not only are the colors vibrant. But the gradient of how many colors it displays is beautiful. The input lag on this monitor is very low the best Ive ever played on. Ive played on Samsung tvs and a TN monitor this has the fastest input lag out of any Ive ever tried. Samsung tvs in game mode have about 20ms input lag in game mode . I would wager to say this is 10ms or lower . Input lag is different then response time. Response time on this monitor is good for my eyes I see no ghosting or anything. FYI the 32 inch h750 is VA panel 28 is TN I have the 32. A lot of people say they dont want this monitor because its not hdr siiggghhh.this monitor has a true 10 bit panel and supports a wide colour gamut. Those two things are 2 requirements of hdr. It just does not have 1000 nits brightness. The monitor is plenty bright . If this monitor had 1000 nits brightness I really think it would damage your eyes sitting so close to it. I had a Samsung ku6300 it supported hdr. But just did not have hight brightness and did not have a 10 bit panel or support a wide color gamut. I had a Sony x900 e it had great picture quality and good hdr. For games I wold say this monitor beats the Sony in picture quality. I play fps games and the sony input lag was bad . This monitor is excellent at least twice as face as gaming mode on a Samsung TV . Samsung says the input lag is 5 to 6 ms. Remember this is input lag not response time. I could not be happier with this monitor. Im a television nerd to the max . I play games a lot and research tech stuff a lot I go to best buy a lot. If you are a gamer and even if not this monitor will not dissapoint. I would not take an official hdr monitor over this. This monitor has the colors for hdr color just not brightness . The black levels are phenomenal . Hdr10 is just a way a format like dolby digital or dts. The stand of the monitor connects to the back it lies up and down a good ways. And it moves back and fourth and side to side. It dies not wobble but its just that you can position it anyway you want. Joy to play games on this monitor you have to see it Im person. Between this and the highly rated Sony x900e hdr tv. I would give the better picture quality to the samsung. And for playing games no TV compares to this . I dont care if its in gaming mode and people say the TV is just as responsive as this monitor .let me tell you straight no no its not. I bought this monitor from amazon used they said it was in acceptable condition with a large scratch on the back. I do not know what they mean a large scratch it was a very minor mark on the back . Thanks amazon your awesome. I love this monitor bought and returned tvs and monitors I will not be returning this monitor . It is absolutely flawless picture wise and excellent for fps games. My monitor cams with hdcp 2.2 firmware I watch 4k Netflix no problem. Dont know what else to say. I heard the quantum dot tecology made colors look wonderful. Experiencing it firsthand I was just amazed. I never expected for this monitor to be as responsive as it is. If you want to know if this monitor is good for fps games. Yes it is phenominal il. If you game on ps4 pro or xbox one. I do not believe there is a better monitor then this.

It seems like a great monitor. On delivery day, I thought about returning because of no hdr10 support, but I decided to stick with it. That was yesterday. Now today when playing on my Xbox x, I started noticing a flickering white screen when playing pubg. It actually happened a couple of times before it finally caught my full attention. At first I thought hell maybe it’s the game, but it never happened on my old 21’ Samsung tv for the last 14 years I’ve had it on any game. Will be returning tomorrow. It’s a shame, I really liked it. But I figured since it’s already having problems I might as well go back and buy one with hdr10 like I originally wanted. Also, this comes with an HDMI and DisplayPort, so no need to buy one of each separately, like I did because Amazon recommended it which made me think it did not come with either. UPDATE: This was my first monitor I bought. I didn’t know how to fix the flickering, which is by turning FreeSync off on the tv controls. Maybe the FreeSync on the Xbox can stay on but that’s what I’ve read. And this apparently happens on most monitors so not a manufacturer problem, although it doesn’t seem intended so maybe it should be?? Anyways bumped from 2-4 stars as I could have fixed the problem myself. But colors and the smoothness of gameplay were not as good as my 14 year old Samsung. When playing games like rocket league, the ball gets blurry around the side when playing fast, something to do with a low CMR I think.

This monitor checks all of my boxes. It has incredible colors, amazing quality, has a clean and simple look and gets very bright even though I sit next to a window. The only drawback to me is the lack of speakers, even though I know I wont use them that often it would still be nice to have just in case. It does have an audio out for my headphones however so thats a plus (Audio can be sent through both HDMI and Display Port.) Just make sure your desk is big enough. As you can see its a bit large for my desk but this monitor is too good to return so ill make it work.

- The auto-select display function did not work well. It did not always find what I had connected to it. - The manual display selection did not keep the screen on the display setting (HDMI, DVI, etc.) when I manually selected it. If the monitor did not sense the machine I connected to that display port, the monitor frustratingly automatically switched away from it. - The display for the Xbox One X looked very poor. No matter how I adjusted the backlighting, contrast, and brightness, the picture always looked off. My 1080p ASUS monitor looks better than this. - There is no height adjustment for this monitor. Since it is a TN panel, I was never able to find an angle that looked nice. There were always dark or light spots. - Would not recommend for Xbox One X
