I paid $149.99 for this on black Friday. Compared to my other monitors, this thing is absolutely huge and looks amazing. Do not know that I would call it a gaming monitor, but GTA 5 and every other game I have played on it looks great to me. Then again I am not a huge gamer, so taking my opinion on gaming is probably a bad move. Regardless, it is a good brand with a great picture, and for the price I paid I am quite happy. Like a lot of the other reviews have mentioned it does have a big d pad style button on the back for all the controls. Would it have been nice to have the buttons in the front or on the bottom, sure, but who really uses the settings on a monitor anyway? Maybe you use the button a few times to get the settings you need, then you probably never touch the button again. The computer tuns the monitor on/off for you. Apparently there is some sort of software you can install to control the settings with the keyboard/mouse, but who needs the extra bloatware for something you will use once or twice. If I had any complaints about the monitor at all, it would have been nice to have displayport. I will probably eventually replace my other two monitors with this monitor, and modern graphics cards have mostly displayport connections.

Nice monitor. Screen is very sharp and easy to read and good for the price. I have to take one star off for two reasons: 1. Color saturation is poor. I have this sitting next to a Dell monitor with the same mountain background picture and this monitor looks terrible by comparison. This will be fine for a general office monitor, but if I was watching a lot of media on it or doing a lot of photo editing, Id look elsewhere. 2. Would it kill ya to throw a HDMI cable in the box? Probably more people use an HDMI cable now than the VGA cable you include. 3. Ghosting: Some people have mentioned some ghosting and yes, I do get some ghosting, especially when scrolling through a Word document. It doesnt bother me much, but I could see how, for some people, this could be a real annoyance.

We... (my wife and I) were using 24" widescreen ACER Monitors, no complaints had been using various ACER monitors for years. When these came up on sale I mentioned it to my wife and she instantly approved my idea to purchase. ( I mean come on they are Samsung). We got them put them on our desks and were instantly blinded on how bright they were. You WILL have to adjust the brightness down mine are at 50%. The view field on an average game desk it huge and in you face. Depending on game style, you will probably have to sit back a little, get a larger desk, OR (my solve) get mounting arms so they sit further back. They are sharp, clean, and do not flicker. I play various games (EverQuest II, World of Tanks, Assassins creed, Civ.) All have played beautifully, with excellent frame rates, on these monitors, running AMD CPU, and a 1060 GTX Nvidia GPU. The only thing that would have made these screen absolutely perfect is if they had been ultra thin..

This monitor looks great, and has a price to match. My gaming rig isnt high end enough to warrant a 4k monitor, but Im not disappointed at all. This has great picture quality, and the gaming mode really sharpens details. The menu controls, as some have pointed out, are a little hard to get used to at first, but its become second nature after using it for a while.

It is much better on the eyes than my former monitor. It weighs almost nothing so it works fantastically with my monitor arm, and the eye-saving technology does reduce my eye strain. How? I dont know. But this works well with both my mac and pc laptops.

This is the perfect size monitor. The HD quality is great. I purchased 2 of these on black Friday spent less than $200. These monitors are way underrated and under priced. The go great in my recording studio! Buy one and see!

Install Flash Player I bought this monitor almost a year ago and only used it when I had to work from home during weekends. As a side note, I usually dont wfh that much. Now its already broken. When I plugged in the monitor and then plugged the hdmi to my laptop, the screen flashed few times with a noise and blacked out entirely. My laptop has no issues connecting other monitors, btw. I feel like I got a defect product.

I purchased this Samsung monitor for a laptop in a home office. The first star I am giving is because it worked great for about 10 months. Then in the middle of the day (no brown outs, power strip issues or anything out of the ordinary) it went black, but not off, and held all my laptop windows on the monitor. We had a family thing going on so I was spending time out of state and addressed the issue when I got back. I first reached out to support online. They went through some troubleshooting steps with me, back and forth for about 1.5 hours. Couldnt figure it out, but the rep was great and he really tried to help which is where the second star comes from. He said I have to have a technician come out to service it. At this point, I was so bothered that I just spent almost 2 hours back and forth with no answers, I just left it for another month. I finally reach out to support last week to make a service ticket, they email back, tell me I have to call. I call the number in the email and speak to a rep (I shouldve taken better notes of names) who I swear to you was eating a sandwich or playing World of Warcraft and putting the phone down in between breaths. He was SO unresponsive he felt like a character in an SNL skit. He did nothing but give me the number to the out of warranty center. I call them, and they told me it was a flat $150 fee to ship it for repairs. I think I actually LOLd because thats more than the worth of the screen at this point, so here I am writing a frustrated review. We have several Samsung monitors/tvs in our home, Ive purchased them in large quantities for offices before, and HAVE had problems with them in the past but have always had an excellent customer service experience. This time, not so much. So if you purchase a Samsung product, be prepared to do some legwork, or even possibly, waste a couple hundred dollars on a 24" paperweight. Super disappointed.

Great deal! Love it! I had another one just like this and got a 27" monitor from another vendor. It looked like crap compared to the Samsung. So I took it back and found another S27E330. Even though its a year newer than my other one, the screens look identical -- same brightness, same resolutions, same colors. Ive had a lot of Samsung monitors and have always found them to be very bright, sharp, and reliable.

Beautiful monitor when the screen is on. However, there are 2 flaws that are driving me crazy: 1. On/Off - takes 3 hits of a button to turn the screen manually off. There should be a MUCH more streamlined approach to turning a monitor on and off. Simple 1 click should do the trick 2. Power on from Sleep Mode - Compounding from issue 1, whenever my computer goes into sleep and I awake it, the screen is a blur. The only way to fix this is to turn off the monitor with 3 clicks and turn it back on Not sure whats going on here but Ive never had either issue with other monitors so deducting 1 star.
Make sure this fitsby entering your model number. 1ms response time delivers crisp images during fast motion scenes Game mode delivers dark blacks and optimizes screen colors and contrast for gaming Flicker free technology reduces screen Flicker for longer sessions with less eye fatigue Mounting Type: Wall mount 75 x 75 mm
