So, I was so excited to get this monitor! I know Samsung makes some good phones, so their other products should be peachy too, right? Wrong. I got this in the mail and set it up before I had to leave for work. I had the HDMI and everything working. Then I turned the monitor off and left for work. I got back 4-5 hours later (shorter shift that day at a local restaurant) and turned the monitor back on. It knew there was an HDMI in there, but the screen would blank and then turn off. I tested different HDMI cords and even a separate monitor to make sure it wasnt something like my GPU, which wouldve been a whole lot worse if that had been the problem instead of the monitor. Couldnt find a proper way to reset it, and the power/joystick thing was tripping out. So, I disassembled the monitor, repackaged it, and the day after I got it, I returned it. Im going with a different brand this next time around. I dont normally leave reviews, but ever since I started heavily using Amazon a year ago, this is the first product that was so horrible that I felt the need to take the time of day to repackage everything and ship it back immediately after getting it. Ive seen reviews for other Samsung monitors, and if theres one takeaway I have from this experience, Samsungs monitors are not worth any money and are total garbage. If you want a monitor that will last and the Amazon return window is still open, get that thing sent back immediately. The other reviewers say Samsungs customer service/PR department will be no help, and after this experience, Im just gonna take their word for it. Ciao! M. Gage Morgan

When I got the screen I noticed this outline when the screen was not showing anything remotely dark or patterned. Any dark or black screen has this ugly faded outline that has gotten worse. It looks terrible and makes watching and playing things on it almost unbearable. I expected better from Samsung. Should’ve returned it when I first bought it because now I have to go get a new one. At least I know not to get another Samsung. This picture does not do it justice. It also leans forward. Had to use a couple programming books to prop it up.

As the proud owner of a Samsung 65” curved screen TV, I was eager to try a smaller version for my Mac Mini, so I purchased this. The first thing I noticed was how light it was - so light I began wondering if it was a quality product. Although it looked and felt flimsy, it worked ok at first. The third time I tried to turn it on, however, it would not power up; it was dead. Based on my experience, Samsung’s TVs are absolutely incredible, but their computer monitors are junk.

Worked for an hour then lightning strikes horizontally across the screen. Tried to seek help but nothing. Bought two of these but think they are blowing these out as I am unable to get anyone to talk to me about it, return it or replace it. So very unlike Samsung and Amazon. Super disappointing. Put my old Samsung on the desk. At least it works.

Ok, I am a gamer and an avid movie fan so let me explain why this monitor sucks. 1. No audio (unless earphones or external speaker) 2. Only 1 HDMI cable, so if you have more than 1 use for it (like a game console or laptop connector) get an HDMI splitter or be prepared to carefully remove and plug in HDMI cables everytime you need to switch sources. 3. high price for good but not exceptional visual quality (monitor top speed about 60 fps) 4. Breaks easier than any iPhone or Apple product. If you get it, treat it as if its a thin glass panel. 5. Lack of adjustments possible. ok so if you get this you literally cannot change the way it faces up or down. If on a regular desk and at a regular chair it will feel and look like its way too low angled and you feel like youre looking down and not at it (small thing but big for gamers or people looking to immerse themselves).
