Good all around touchscreen. Touch is very responsive, works well with stylus and the picture quality is very good. The glossy screen is tolerable, can be a little annoying when you operate in nearly flat angles (light reflections!) Very stable in all angle configurations and the firmness of the kickstand is very welcome when interacting with the screen.

Love the touch screen monitor, with caveats. The touch screen is responsive and surprisingly fast. Picture quality is decent for the price-point. The monitor is not 22"; it is 19" (plus a few centimeters).The stand is wonkie. You need a riser to help elevate it reducing neck and back strain. Dont like the control buttons are on the underside right of the monitor, so if you dont have a riser you are lifting the monitor to tap the controls (off, resolution, etc.). These issues lead to a star reduction.

I ordered the Planar PCT2235 22-inch touchscreen monitor that features projected capacitive touch technology and registers up to 10 simultaneous touch points. I researched for quite some time and had my husbands helped as well. The monitor is fast and responsive and tilts easily. It works well with our Windows 10 and the setup was a cinch. The screen looks consistent throughout and it did not require calibration. The reason why I was highly interested in this Planar was because of the three-year warranty and 2-day replacement guarantee. The two-day replacement was tested because of an issue with the first shipment. That guarantee attached with this monitor is accurate. The screen is crisp and nice to look at. Overall, based on our experience we would not hesitate to order again and are happy about the monitor.

I build commercial kiosk setups with touch screens and have tried several on the market. These are by far the best. They are a bit pricier than some, but its well worth it considering three things: 1. The power supply is built in and can handle both 120v and 220v. 2. There is a USB 3.0 hub built in, powered by the onboard power supply, which also serves as the data link for the touchscreen. On other screens Ive tried, the touch sensor in the screen is powered by the USB connection from the computer, which causes problems in my case. No such problems here. 3. Theres no makers mark or anything visible from the front, which is ideal for my needs. I dont use the stand it comes with, but its better than other touchscreens Ive dealt with. It also comes with a full set of cables, including audio for the dinky speakers built in.

I regularly have meetings in my office. The problem with a standard desktop setup is that traditional monitors are large, bulky and completely block the view of people you interface with for meetings and sit-downs. I have been looking for a monitor that can be adjusted to lay flat when someone comes to sit across from me. The Planar Helium 22" screen is the solution Ive been looking for. Functionality: The monitor is easily adjusted from the back lays down as I need it to. No fuss and is fast to adjust. The Helium stand retracts back up on its own when you adjust it to a proper viewing angle for work. I will most likely rarely use it in a flat position, but its there if I need it. I have a 55" tv in my office that I often use to present work related material to my staff and clients, and being able to use this combination works perfectly for my needs. I absolutely love it. Touch Screen: A bonus is the touch screen. Its super responsive and easy to use. Very much like a tablet. I have yet to experience any delay or unresponsiveness when pressing on the screen. Also, its accurate. I didnt buy this monitor for the touch panel functionality, but I can see how this will be beneficial moving forward. Screen Quality: I do a mix of work. Lots of the usual email reading, Microsoft Office work as well as graphic design, photography and video work. The colors and crispness of the monitor are excellent. Text is sharp and vivid as are the colors. The screen is reflective, not matte. I dont have too much light in my office so reflective light is not an issue for me. Plus, glossy screens add punch and contrast which is what I like. Very much like Apple laptops and iMacs. Also, the screen is bright. Out of the box, the screen is more on the blue side but is easily adjusted using the in-menu Blue Light Reducer options. Works like a charm. Another thing to note is the bezel. Its very thin which makes gives me a large viewing area without the excessive bezel size. The equates to a smaller footprint and takes up very little space on my desk. I really like that. Cons: the panel does not have 100% even light near the edges. This is common in many monitors. Although not very noticeable, this may be a deal breaker for folks needing to have a very accurate monitor for design and creative work. Also, the panel has limited viewing angles from the sides, but the viewing angles from the top and bottom are fine, which is good since this is a tiltable monitor and is intended to be viewed from a flat and upright position. All in all, a very good monitor that fits my needs and recommend it to anyone needing a laptop with that can lay flat when needed and takes up very little space on the desk. wow!! what a great value. this monitor has a great picture, auto on an off when connected or computer sleeps, and a really nice price, touch screen works well. youll need to furnish your own cable for the actual monitor (HDMI, VGA, etc.), but the USB and audio cables are included. I am using it with an MS SurfacePro with HDMI I was pleasantly surprised how good this monitor is. be sure to follow the instructions carefully, but once set up, its terrific.

We use this monitor in conjunction with a coffee roasting machine. The environment is a little dusty and the operator usually has somewhat dry fingers to operate it. We have always used All-in-one computers for this, but limitations with their form factor sent us to use this Planar monitor with a common separate case style computer. We should have done this years ago. The computer is not only more powerful, but the monitor is much nicer with better performance than any AIO computer we had used. PROS: -Great touch response even with dry fingers -DisplayPort connection -Standard VESA Mount -Affordable for a touch monitor -Good Customer Service from Planar CONS: -Minor, but needs three cables to operate. Power, Video, and a USB to the computer to operate the touch capabilities. Its the nature of these monitor and not a big issue.

After considerable deliberation, I ordered my Planar PCT2265 monitor from Amazon in the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 20, 2017. It arrived on my doorstep at 20 after 2 on Thursday the 22nd, a day before its projected arrival. The packaging was in excellent condition as well, with no signs of mishandling or other damage. I am extremely satisfied with the delivery aspect of my purchase. And as for the monitor itself, all I can say is WOW! What a great product. Ive only had it for a couple days, but I LOVE it. So far, I cant find any significant flaws. The picture is crisp, clear, and bright, with no dead pixels, and the touch feature is quite responsive and does indeed register all ten of my fingers when they are placed on its surface simultaneously. This monitor allows me, at the risk of sounding like a weirdo, to become more intimate with my computer. Ive got it set up as the main display with an older Dell FP1907 flatscreen LCD monitor to its immediate right for a sweet dual monitor setup, and as it stands, I cant really think of any complaints. If I had to nitpick, it would be about the response time of 18ms. There is slight motion blur when scrolling very quickly through text or watching a fast-moving image such as in a movie or video game. However, this is a very minor complaint. The blurring isnt even that bad, and the monitor came at a fantastic price, so Im not upset at all. Others have complained about the weak speaker volume, and yeah, theyre quiet, but I have external speakers hooked up anyway, so I dont care about that either. Five solid stars, and I rarely give five-star reviews. Planar rules!

Excellent Product, better than I expected for the price. I use it for a Point of Sale System. My old Planar touch monitor finally wore out after 12 years of daily use, I hope this one last a as long. I would highly recommend it.

I work in multiple applications and systems. Having screen area within your view is essential. Using the easel stand below a dual monitor system is amazing for close up work. The touchpad features allow you to quickly type information into a typical softphone keypad. A great low cost advantage for any work station.
