had minor issue with sound, the product support was less than helpful, and the model number wasnt completed on the back of the monitor, so dealt with the tech support claiming the product didnt exist. After two hours I figured out what was wrong on my on, so I am giving it a better review. If you have trouble with sound try unpluging the hdmi and pluging it back in

there are two patches of back light bleeding on the top side of the monitor. I tried changing the settings on the monitor, but it wouldnt go away.

Brilliant and accurate looking colors. Razor sharp resolution with no visible pixels or blurred fonts. Scale up or down at full resolution to make fonts larger or smaller. The LowBlue mode has 5 levels including an off mode. I leave mine on max to save my eyes from possible MD unless I have to look at a photo album. Excellent front any angle too. No speakers, in case you missed that. Remember, your computer has those! No USB upstream/downstream ports either but do you really want a monitor with those warts? No vertical mode, no swivel and no height adjust but from my perspective, you dont need those for regular office work. It does tilt. As others have said you may need to turn down the brightness pretty low if youre working in the dark or in low light but its not a problem as I see it. Zero reason to get a non-4k monitor when you can get this for such a price.

95% satisfy with the monitor. The quality is good and I receive it on time. It only comes with power cable, VGA cable and audio cable. No HDMI cable included.

I was worried about the picture quality for its so cheap. I got this for my dad. But it turns out just as good as the expensive ones which I have. The operation nipple and the menu is even easier to use than my predator.

I spend most of $1000 to get three of these monitors for work. All three has pixel issues. One has a blob of 3-4 pixels stuck black. One has a single pixel stuck magenta. One has a small line of pixels stuck black. How did I get 100% unlucky? These must be low quality monitors. If the problem does not fix itself I will be forced to return them.

I have one LG 43" and one LG 32" monitors - I paid a lot of money for them. But I love this cheap Philip 276E8VJSB 27" the best! The stand is metal and feels premium, in contrast to plastic stand for the LGs. The panel is gorgeous, the price is very good for such good quality monitor. I was surprised that theres NO built-in speakers. I read reviews beforehand so I know theres NO VESA. But overall this monitor is worth every penny! The picture shows a screenshot from Toms Hardware - the web description on Amazon is very vague about this.

Overall: very happy, this serves its purpose nicely when used with a Surface Pro and Surface Dock, with significant annoyances (see below). Have not yet used this for gaming. Pros: - no dead / stuck pixels, color balance is great out of the box (Toms Hardware did a great review noting this) - big, bright - reasonably priced. - Connectivity - DP (sort of, see below), HDMI, DVI, VGA Cons: - Missing a few features (none of which are a great concern): no USB, no speakers, but does have 1/8" jack to connect them. - Port placement would be problematic for a wall mount - Tilt only adjustment for the stand - I plan on running this ultimately in portrait, so Ill need an after-market stand. Hopefully the non-centered VESA mount screw holes wont be a problem. - Finicky DP - this could be an issue with the Surface Dock, but connecting with a (4K-rated) MiniDP to DP cable generally yields great results. On occasion, when powering up / docking the Surface Pro, monitor stays asleep (until the DP cable is unplugged from and reconnected to the display. On at least one occasion, the Surface only detected a display capable of 1920x1080 (with a really ugly pixellated, ghosted upsampled image on the Phillips), which completely went away when connected via HDMI. Fixed this by forcing resolution to dot-for-dot, downloading and installing the profile (INF) from the Phillips web site, and fully unplugging power cord from the display (has not happened again). If it was somewhere where I could not reach the back of the display, would probably opt to just use HDMI and save the aggravation. ***UPDATE on DisplayPort: Dropped one star. The 1920 issue came back and was intractable (persistent through reboots, power cycling of dock and display, changing from one miniDP port to the other, disconnecting, reconnecting. snapped right back to 2560x1440 once I connected via HDMI and back to DP, thats normal again. Im out of patience, so Ill stick to using my StarTech miniDP-to-HDMI adapter and an HDMI cable. Could be an issue with Surface Dock, but if you need reliable DP functionality, you should probably look elsewhere.

Nothing special. The powercable is loose and requires jiggling to get it to work but only after moving the monitor or unplugging it. For the price you get what you expect. A big monitor with sub-par quality I would recomend going for something 144hz. The 60hz on this just doesnt cut it. My friend gave me a 24 inch Omen 144hz monitor and i use it as my main display over this 32 inch. The colors are much more vibrant and the picture is smoother on the omen.

It is not the most bright colored or most well equipped, but for this price (less than$300 ), you got a good deal. I use it for text editing, it is clear and crisp. My only complain is that it can not be mounted. All they need to do is put 4 screw holes in the back, or at least make it height adjustable. But again it is below $300. Good product for the price!
