The 1ms is misleading. It will go 1ms but when you change it to that it will greatly decrease the brightness. So much so that you cant really use it at that setting. That on top of their Promotions are misleading as well as I have to be in the UK to redeem the Tomb Raider promotion even though it said nothing about that on the website. Just not a great first impression for me with MSI.

I have only had this monitor for 3 months and every time I open a game, the picture either flickers or it flashes and comes back as a triple distorted image. The only way to fix is to shut the monitor off and then turn it back on. It does this EVERY time though. Also the audio doesnt register when you switch from HDMI to display port and also the only way to fix it is to turn the monitor off and back on. This also happens every single time I switch from HDMI to Display port. I contacted MSI and was told they can repair but I have to pay the shipping and handling to send it over to them which to me is not acceptable. I shouldnt have to pay one penny for something that was defective in under 3 months. I own a lot of MSI products but this may be my last if thats gonna be their warranty for products they make. EDIT: I decided to give this a 3 stars instead of 1 now. I have come to realize that some of the issues the monitor was having was common with having a multi monitor setup and especially switching between display and hdmi outputs. The monitor is honestly really nice and has great visual quality. I will not give it 5 stars only because of the support from MSI being pretty terrible but the monitor itself is great. Still use it as a second monitor with my 1440p. (MSI Did not contact me to edit this review. This was all my decision.)
