HP 27q Pavilion 27" QHD Monitor Silver

Just Wow! This monitor is nearly perfect. My only advice would be the input control buttons have a more tactile feel. The minimal design is just what I was looking for and matches my Mac Mini perfectly. The monitor packs more than enough gamer power and resolution. Vesa mounted though one of the screw holes in the enclosed bracket was not threaded properly. Quality control on the monitor and packing was perfect otherwise. It comes complete with cables for HDMI and Displayport to Displayport but you will need to buy a Displayport to Thunderbolt Mac compatible cable to use on a Mac. I was looking for a monitor in a white casing and kept coming back to this model. It looks fantastic and clean! The display has matte front panel that appears to be very durable. I wish is was covered in Gorilla glass like true Mac panels but it is sharp and not reflective. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a solid monitor. The stand is sturdy and you can tilt it easily both forward and backwards. The picture quality is great and considering its QHD, its a good monitor for the money. The colors are crisp and the backlit lighting is easy on the eyes. I could not be happier. This is the best monitor in this price range. I tried this side by side w/ another monitor with lower resolution and could really tell the difference. Its worth a little more money to go with higher resolution.

This came as a total surprise. It has AMD Free-Sync support, 75hz refresh rate, ok color and contrast, and IPS panel that is good for work and entertainment. Also the amazon price was simply unbeatable at the time of purchase...shouldve bought two for a dual monitor setup. Oh well......

Excellent monitors! The color and quality of the display was above expectations, and the the price was very good. I set a dual monitor system for both my Mac and Win 10 (QHD), and had no problems at all (less than 5 minute set time from start to finish). Very happy with the product quality! Will be purchasing additional monitors

After trying 3 separate monitors (Dell and HP) at 1920 x 1080 (32" and 27") to replace my iMac (replaced it with a Mac Mini) - I finally am very happy with this HP 27" QHP. Once you use 2650 x 1440 for graphic work, I could not accept the lower resolution. It was just too muddy and fuzzy especially on the 32". (Although they sell them!) I use a Dell 23" 1920x1080 as my second monitor and it works great as an extended monitor for all of my menus while working in Adobe Suite. Im very pleased with the design of the Pavillion, its sleek silver frame, white back and silver stand and accessible connections (on the back of the monitor as opposed to under the rim - where you have to bend upside down to see them). They are not as obtrusive as you might think. I use a raised platform for the monitor and the cords fit nicely underneath it, lessening the clutter. The controls are tactile and easy to use with one hand. Sets up easily, and the calibration was quick and accurate. If youre a graphic designer this is the way to go (if your iMac died, like mine did). I would definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence as to which resolution to use for graphic work.

Stunning, vibrant, and huge. I upgraded from a 21.5" monitor that I bought six years ago and was still going strong (also HP). Hoping to get the same life out of this one -- HP makes great monitors. Good viewing angles, everything works as it should -- its a monitor.

This is indeed a 75hz (at 1440p too) freesync PLS panel, perfect for photo editing and gaming if you arent one of those 1ms 144hz guys. Great quality materials and no light bleed, amazing for being one of the cheapest 1440p IPS/PLS panel, colors are accurate but it feels that the viewing angle isnt 178°, maybe a bit less than that

This Quad HD monitor has such an elegant design that it rivals a real TV. Because of its Quad HD, the display is so sharp that I can have 3 documents displayed side by side in small fonts and still readable. Thats a lot of information displayed at the same time for what I need to view. At such a low price for an Quad HD monitor, this is a bargain.

All I can say is WOW. If you do any type of work on your computer and you need to view crisp, accurate colors, then you need this monitor. You will never want to connnect a regular HDMI monitor again.
