The monitor did not come with an HDMI cable and the VGA cable was VERY cheap and flimsy.

The monitor goes to sleep and when you activate the screen, I have to reboot computer each time a waste of money totally

Very happy with this monitor. Size, colors, brightness, and clarity are excellent for the price. It works well switching between VGA for my work computer, and with HDMI using my personal 13 laptop. The 27 inch size is perfect for seeing videos, pictures, or for that extra screen space when opening up multiple documents and windows.
