Outstanding whites and clarity! This is by far the best monitor Ive bought and Ive ordered at least 25 over the last few months for various jobs. I needed two monitors for my typical work space and didnt want to buy anything super expensive. Ive looked at BenQ before but always leaned toward ACER, DELL, HP, etc. I decided to take a chance on these and boy was I shocked at the quality of the image! I was using a Sceptre before and never could get a decent sharp image and I tried all sorts of drivers, profiles, etc and it just never looked good and made my eyes tired trying to use it. I also figured it could have something to do with the DPI issue in Windows10, though that could be resolved by now - havent checked lately. Right out of the box they looked great! Im using a dual head NVIDIA GeForce GT730 with the DVI connections running Windows Pro 10. I have no complaints. Very happy and will certainly start using these in all of my customers installs from now on.

Very pleased with the quality of this monitor. Slim bezels are unobtrusive when extending your monitor and it weighs next to nothing which is handy when using the VESA mount on an articulating arm. The one thing I will say is that the speakers arent going to blow you away but who in the world uses their monitor speakers anymore? To my mind, that isnt a detracting point, they work as well as youd expect them to. The low blue light setting really makes a difference, far more than I thought it would. It also has handy presets for gaming/dark room so you dont have to dig into the menu every time you want to swap.

This is an excellent monitor (I am not a gamer, so I cannot speak to gaming). Great color. Great resolution. Fast enough response time for watching 1 minute stock charts. Im not as fond of the Eye Care feature as I thought I would be (and the reason I bought BenQ). I like the little app called f.lux much better. Also, beware, the BenQ monitors do not work with all graphics cards. I just bought a 2nd BenQ monitor and this is when I realized that the EVGA GT 710 2GB DDR3 64bit Single Slot, Low Profile 02G-P3-2713-KR graphics card, which supports 3 monitors (3 ports), does not work with BenQ. Its too late to return this 27" (which Ive been plugging into a USB port with an adapter), but Ill definitely return the new 24" that I just received since it doesnt work with my graphics card. All that might sound confusing, so Ill say that I have 4 monitors, 1 Dell, 1 ViewSonic (both work great with the graphics card), a Gateway that just died. Those were the 3 I had plugged into my graphics card. The BenQ was in the USB port. 2nd BenQ to replace dead Gateway. Now I know that I need a different brand than BenQ. Sigh.

Excellent 1920x1080p monitor. Video games look great, Im using it with Windows and a MacOS laptop. The Windows laptop plays videos in full 1080p HD just fine over HDMI, however I cant get my Mac to play Prime Video in HD which is a bummer. This model has the 3000:1 contrast which is just slightly better than the typical 1000:1. The colors and contrast are nice compared to other monitors. The eye saving blue light filter and other features are quite nice. If you have a Mac, you wont be able to get HD from Prime Video on there due to the limitations on the Mac with this monitor, but if on Windows all is fine. You can get HD playback on Prime on Windows. The only thing I wish it had is a USB port to plug in some media or a Chromecast or FireTV.

This has got to be one of the best buys I have ever gotten on Amazon. I mean you can not beat the price of this monitor. The wife and myself upgraded from a 24" to this 27". There is no comparison. This is huge compared to the 24". The price is perfect for the size plus you are also getting a name brand that people can trust and rely on. My other monitors are AOC and let me say this, AOC is an amazing brand, and this review by no means is saying do not buy AOC. We needed the monitors right away and with all the features that it has and the price is perfect. The quality of the graphics, brightness, sharpness, etc. seems to be spot on, perfect. I do have one bad thing to say. The built in speakers even at 100% volume is very LOW. And I do mean very LOW. But this is something that is not going to turn me away from it. Most people already have speakers and or use headphones. Only thing you need to do when you get it in is set the display type, for instance, if you are using it for Web use all the time, reading, gaming, etc., for us we are using ours for Gaming and we set the picture to Gaming and it makes a Very big difference when you adjust it to the main thing you are using the monitor for. This is my absolute best thing I have ever bought on Amazon. Perfect price and prefect quality. This is a MUST BUY.

Its a pretty good monitor for my purposes (pc running in a kitchen, to access internet and watch a movie sometimes). But do not expect speakers to be of any use. The sound is beyond terrible. And you have to almost press you ear against screen to see anything. I did not expect dolby sound, but was hoping to be able to show kids cartoons in a simple setup, without separate speakers. Not possible. So the whole point of buying screen with speakers is mute, pan intended. I would return it, and get something a little cheaper, without speakers.

Nice size useful inputs but the video image is not what I expected from a 1080P monitor. My cheap TCL 32" HD ROKU TV has better video and it is only 720P and cost less. The speaker volume is very low even turned to max. I am not an avid gamer. I have a couple of flight sims (Microsoft CFS 2) that my husband plays and I like the Fun House games (Granny In Paradice, etc). These games do not look good on this monitor. A bit fuzzy. I sent the monitor back the same day I checked it out. It did not meet my expectations from BenQ. I have owned several BenQ monitors that were excellent quality. This is not one of them.

i remember when 1080p was the gold standard. got 2 of these monitors for my home office set up. theyre fine. surprisingly light. and for the purposes of work these are great. streamed a movie last night, but there was a noticeable lag in frame rate or something, im no expert. i have a UHD monitor on my laptop and so i think some of it may have just been giving my eyes time to adjust to the lower resolution. good enough and relatively cheap for what I need, but if youre a big video streamer/gamer, you might want something else.

2/24 Update: These monitors are already experiencing dead pixels. I use them for work, not for play. Meaning, office & chrome mostly, no gaming. _____ I have had some real issues with these flickering. I have two. I also purchased an LG 4k monitor the same day. The LG monitor is great, but the BenQ seem to flicker quite a bit. I thought possibly interference was happening, but I even purchased an Amazon Basics UPS/surge protector in effort to keep it from flickering. This did not help. Ive decided to replace them with LG 4k monitors. I was hoping to get away cheaper than this, but I guess not. For reference, I use a brand new rtx-2070 and previously a gtx-1060 (two different machines), and had the same effect. There are so many great reviews, so I dont know if it matters, but mine were shipped and sold by amazon. These might work well for you, but they didnt for me unfortunately. There goes the bank :( haha! PROS slim bezel easy on the eyes easy on the wallet CONS flickers a LOT thats really the only con, but its a big one. I really wanted these to work because my BenQ short-throw projector was amazing!

I rarely leave reviews. I only leave reviews when something exceeds my expectations. This monitor has done just that. I primarily use my monitors for web development, mobile app development, web browsing, and reading lots of technical articles. I do very little gaming, but in those other categories, the picture is bright and crisp. I first bought one for my son who does game and he loves it. But hes not uber-focused on FPS or a hard-core gamer at all, and neither am I, so I really dont know how great this monitor is with respect to gaming. I was concerned that 1920 x 1080 spread over 27" might make text or anything on the screen to be grainy. I suppose if I sit super close, text can be, but at 2 to 3 ft away it suits my needs. Videos and photos are sharp for me as well. Im a week or two in to using it and I havent had to make any adjustments so far. Im using it as it was setup right out of the box. I have a dual-boot OSX and WIN10 machine and the monitor does well on both OSes.
