This is a great monitor for those that dont want spend a lot of money but still have a monitor with great visuals. Set up is a breeze and the visual quality is amazing (LED back-lit), crisp, and bright (maybe a little too bright at default setting). Dont listen to Amazon who insist this is a 18 inch when it actually is a 19 inch just to clarify. Recommended.

I have the 23 inch Asus, and thought that this would make a solid addition as a "second screen". Boy was I wrong. This monitor looks absolutely awful. Text is near impossible to read, and everything looks really off. Before you ask, yes, I tried changing settings and resolution within windows and OSD Menu to no effect. Im spending the extra 50 some-odd bucks to buy another REAL monitor from Asus. Pros: Cheap Cons: Everything else

I bought this ASUS monitor to replace my old 17 inch monitor that broke after 5 years. The ASUS is two inches bigger. I love this new monitor. Everything is bigger. It has bright colors and contrast. Everything looks bigger, brighter and clearer. Sometimes it was hard to read the words on my old 17 inch monitor. The ASUS monitor is very easy to install. It is a plug-and-play monitor. And the price was $89.00 with free shipping from Amazon. I didnt want to spend more than $100.00 for a monitor. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend this brand to other people who want a simple computer monitor for everyday use.

If youre looking for something to watch movies on, Im not sure this is for you. (Unless you have a calibrator handy) I use it as my 2nd monitor, which I put Safari, iTunes and finder windows on while I use my main monitor for editing. Ill sometimes use it as a monitor for viewing rough cuts. (I wanna see how folks with cheapy monitors will view my work on YouTube.) It gets the job done, and for the price not bad.

Worked perfectly for a cheap monitor. Doesnt have a HDMI port so I had to get an adapter for my gaming PC, but the resolution is nice and it works. Would recommend!

Ordered two monitors. One worked just fine - the other failed and had hatches across the screen and began flickering intermittently - fifteen days following the expiration of the return period.

Works pretty good but my computer simply can not be set to the resolution and screen size of this screen so the picture never fit right.

Bought to replace dead security system monitor. Plugged in out of the box with no adjustments and worked fine. No dead pixels. Decent product at reasonable price. Thank you!
