Story time. So I got in on the VIP weekend for the Anthem game and enjoyed it enough that I wanted to upgrade my setup for the release. After my tax return came I decided to go with a 4K monitor. So I do a bunch of research, then I decided this one fit my needs best. I order it and when it arrived, it had a dead pixel! So I returned the monitor and ask for another. Guess what? This one also had a dead pixel!!! So I finally give up and just asked for a refund. The game finally released and I’m trying to forget the past few days and enjoy what I have. Suddenly I come across the main bad guy in Anthem...I come to find out his name is THE MONITOR!!!!!!

I bought this monitor as a upgrade to my old 2013 Asus monitor I had. The monitor is fantastic the picture quality is beautiful. There is a screen flicker but is very not noticeable. The only reason Im giving this a four star out of five is it doesnt automatically switch inputs when I turn on my PS4 Pro. It does however do it from my PC and my Nintendo switch. Its a small inconvenience but overall I recommend buying this monitor. I might look into getting a second one of these just so I can have two of them.

This is definitely a great gaming monitor for consoles such as the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. However, its definitely worth noting that it only has a refresh rate of 60hz which doesnt do much good for PC gaming. While it may have been due to internet connection, I have noticed some drops at times when playing Ghost Recon Wildlands on Ultra and also Very High. You may want to spend the extra money for a monitor that has a refresh rate of 144hrz. Other than that, the picture quality is gorgeous. It upscaled my regular PS4 big time. Ive never seen such vivid colors and, when playing Wildlands on PS4, I noticed some details that werent there when playing on a 1080P tv. Definitely worth the money if youre a console gamer.

The screen really does flicker as the other reviews list. I’m not sure what causes this issue but it is very frustrating to play on. I upgraded to this monitor after I had some dead pixel issues on my sceptre. The picture quality with enhanced 4K games is amazing, however I have seen the white flicker 4/5 times I’ve used this so far. It happens randomly and lasts about 1-3 seconds. I will test this monitor out for the next couple of weeks and play with the settings to see if anything helps the issue before asking for a replacement or contacting Asus. If this issue could be fixed this would be a GREAT monitor for the price. Picture quality is great but the flashing will give you a headache.

I purchased this monitor and within 2 weeks the display port stopped working. I exchanged it for a new monitor (Amazon is awesome in this regard) and the display port on this new monitor just died (after 3-4 weeks). The HDMI 2.0 ports are still working but Im very disappointed with the quality on this monitor.

Have had this monitor for about a week now and so far I love it. Games look fantastic on my Xbox One X. Red Dead 2 is stunning. PUBG actually runs pretty smoothly and looks sharp. The (advertised) 1ms response time might not be completely accurate, but my experience with multiplayer games has been generally smooth. Also looks great when hooked up to my Surface Pro using a Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable @ 4K. There are plenty of settings to mess with to adjust the picture. I found that the image quality looked pretty mediocre out of the box, but a quick switch to game mode and some other adjustments really brought out the colors and sharpness of the display. It’s not perfect though. Freesync on Xbox works most of the time but will occasionally cause an annoying screen flicker when playing some multiplayer games. Not sure why it does this. I make sure to switch Freesync off when I play multiplayer and it seems to fix the issue. The stand. Good lord the stand. It’s easily the worst part of an otherwise brilliant monitor. I would recommend buying your own VESA stand or mount. The stand that comes with the monitor is very low quality and just doesn’t feel stable... like my monitor is going to come crashing down at any moment. I bought mine used for a great price. There are slight cosmetic imperfections on the bottom left of the screen but the display is so big and bright that I don’t even notice it. This isn’t necessarily a con as I willingly went with a used product. Overall, this has been the best purchase I’ve made in a while. For the price, this monitor is killer.

The product quality is good but not what I thought it was. It does not support HDR10 if using on xbox one x and the quality of picture is not great. I have an old AOC that cost me 129.00 and its quality is better and it;s old. So keep that in mind as well. The only advantage is the lag input is great and that is about it. I would also note the button in the back is just weird and a pain to get to if you have multiple monitors. I would also like to note if you have an xbox one x and pc connected it does not switch..You have to unplug it. I gave this a 2 star only because it still has the gsync but I would look else where. This product should be half the price it is now. Your better off getting a 1080p monitor for cheapier since this model is just as good as mine. I brought a AOC same size without 4k and it is better quality.

While it has the clarity of a 2160p monitor, and the coloration is decent as it uses the same panel as their gaming monitors, the quality of the monitor itself is not so good. Its very fragile compared to other monitors Ive owned, the reason its so cheap is because its made with cheap parts/internals. Theres a horrible blue glare whenever the screen is dark and the monitors menu button, while one can live with it, is a bit underwhelming. The stand is acceptable for its cost. Not decent but you can mount it, so its not an issue. Because its so cheaply produced youre far better off spending an extra $20-$40 for something better. Its not something that will last you years and years. If youre REALLY on a budget, in which case, youre better off staying away from this anyways, because chances are you cant afford a decent enough GPU to play games at full resolution anyways. Get a much more sturdy monitor at a lower cost instead and use that money for better hardware.

I bought this as a 4K monitor for my new Xbox one x I bought on the Black Friday sale. It says it has freesync. What your Xbox doesn’t tell you is it only works with freesync 2. So there’s a completely wasted feature now that I was hoping to use. That said everything else works great and the game plus feature has really helped my hipfire shotgun aim in fortnite. Overall a good product but if I had to buy a monitor againi would choose one where all the features would work with my Xbox.

I went through two of these monitors; returning the first one because I couldnt believe that a manufacturer would release a monitor with this bad of a gamma level. A perfect gamma level would have been 2.2. A reasonable gamma level for this price point would have been 1.8. What I received the first time was a 1.2, and the second time a 1.4. In addition, the monitor menu settings do not allow direct adjustment of gamma, black levels, or white levels. The monitor has severe issues detecting differences between very light values and very dark values. The effect is that many games, movies, pictures, and especially web browsing will be over-saturated at best, or washed out at worst (depending how you are correcting the picture). In addition, the freesync feature is inconsistent, and does not work as advertised. I cannot recommend this monitor, no matter the price point. Take your money, and either buy a much cheaper 24" @ 1080p or spend the extra to get a 4ms response 1440p or 4k IPS monitor. This monitor is untunable. I will say that both monitors were evenly lit, had no bleed from the backlight, and contained no bad pixels.
