I bought two of these monitors for my home office. Frankly, I wasnt expecting much because they were pretty cheap (around $100) and I have never heard of AOC. I am using these with a WALI Dual LCD Desk Mount, so never installed the base that comes with them. I chose these monitors because of: 1. resolution and size (24"), 2. the factory mount/base wouldnt stick out like with the Spectre monitor and 3. compatibility with a VESA-type mount. So far Im very impressed. They are very light, so very easy to move around with the WALI mount; the image is quite nice. No, I wouldnt compare this with my 55" LED TV, but for what I need them (plug in my laptop and run business applications, browse, stream video from Netflix, etc.) these monitors are perfect.

I bought this monitor to use as a second with my laptop for work. (Just be aware you may need to purchase a VGA Adapter separately. They are fairly inexpensive.) A second monitor definitely reduces the amount of time I have to spend on the work, so for me it was a worthwhile investment. Product arrived quickly and was just as described. I am very pleased with it.

Needed a basic monitor and it works for what I need. There isnt a monitor button so if you want to turn the monitor off, you need to turn the computer off. There arent any ports for anything other than for power and connecting to the computer. So VERY basic, but thats what I wanted.

Got this simple 20” monitor the other day. Shipped it prime and came in a double box from Amazon. The original packaging was damaged so I was kind of worried that something may be wrong with the monitor. Luckily, the packaging upheld and the monitor and accessories are fine. That must have been why Amazon double boxed it. Thanks Amazon! What’s in the box: E2070SWHN monitor, plastic neck, plastic base, power cord, VGA cable (although it does have a HDMI input), and a quick start guide. Setup is very easy. Power cord in and l already had a HDMI hooked up on my computer. Monitor powers right up and finds the signal from the PC. Make sure your resolution is set to 1600x900 which is the optimum resolution and true 720p. You can’t go wrong for $79 bucks with that resolution and a HDMI input. Colors are true out of the box. Refresh is decent. This will be a great server room monitor, secondary workstation like for shipping and receiving or a hallway in a doctor’s office. I will buy another one when the time comes.

This monitor was a perfect fit on my wifes desk as a secondary monitor after her 15" HPs backlight died. It has surprisingly good colors for what it is and managed to mate up pretty well with her AOC TN primary monitor after calibration. The stand is a little wobbly and the one-button configuration system isnt entirely intuitive or featureful, but for $70, thats not much to complain about. I ended up using some wall-safe "Velcro" to secure one edge of the screen to my wifes desk which stopped the minor wobbling. This would have been a four star review if the price was $10 higher.

I got this monitor for my fiancé for the holidays. He was using an older model LG with only 1680x1050 resolution, so this was both a quality & size (22" vs. this 24") upgrade. Refresh rate and quality are both phenomenal for this price point. Some people say they have problems with the display controls (?), but they actually seem quite similar to the LG. We have no issues with these controls. His PC isnt really capable of 60+ FPS, so we havent even tried "overclocking" refresh rate. I honestly would not buy this expecting it to be capable of this, however. I absolutely recommend this for budget gaming PCs. I got it for under $100, and that purchase has made us both happy!

Great Budget Monitor, very happy with this purchase to serve as a 2nd monitor for viewing for work. Had this exact monitor when I worked in office, and purchased this for use in my home office, now that I work remotely. I use this monitor as my main display for 45-50 hours per week for a couple of months now, and am happy with this choice.

Its a bad ass monitor. I mean that. The brightness is adjustable. It turns off automatically when I turn my computer off.It doesnt have built in speakers but it has a headphone jack, so have speakers on hand before you buy this. The monitor came with a VGA cable and a power cable and a CD with its drivers. However I was able to use it without the drivers. (My computer doesnt have a disc drive. ((Yet)). This is perhaps the only monitor Ive been able to find that is 24" and has 1080p resolution. Everything else is usually 720p. The display is nice. All of my games look fantastic on this monitor.

i only needed a minimal monitor for a specific purpose. this monitor has more than fit the need. the image is not fuzzy but not sharp, great for text and for streaming video. the viewing angle for video is mostly limited to directly in front of it. for text the viewing angle is much wider. easy to setup and in a month of constant on it has not developed any viewing image irregularities. it is great as a second monitor but use the web to find out how you can best integrate it with your computer os for how you plan to use it. for example, i am using it as a second monitor directly above my laptop. the screen size is well suited to my laptop screen size, a larger monitor would have been overwhelming. adjust display resolution for maximum visual compatibility with your main screen. update 4/13/19 for my system the VGA connector does not align with the screw holes for the side clamping screw-in posts. since the connector is not securely clamped to the VGA port, you can bump/loosen the connector and display odd screen colors. you solve this by firmly pushing in the VGA connector into the VGA port of your computer.

Works well, good picture. This wide angle style monitor makes the type very small if you go full screen. I had to make a few adjustments to make it look right on the screen. Follow some of the other suggestions on how to adjust if you are picky about dimensions. Use at work, so use it everyday, it has held up well after several months of daily use. Screen is not too shiny, so as to reduce glare. Attractive finish. I installed it on a swing arm to be able to adjust it, and it works great. (I dont use it on the provided stand.)
