I am a cheapskate. I was tired of playing Blackout and other FPS on my 55 inch TV as the picture just isnt what I want it to be. I decided to set up a gaming room in my house and when I saw the prices of the high end monitors I instantly went soft. I searched around, reading hundreds of reviews, and stumbled onto this monitor. After reading these reviews, I decided to buy it. Picture is very crisp. Detail and color is exactly what I wanted in a monitor. The screen is no more than 3 ft from my face at any time but the detail is all there. I thought 22" would be too small but it actually works great. The frameless design really makes it feel larger than it is while also looking sleek.

This is my center monitor for my racing rig. Compared to the other two which are cheaper IPS Acer brand, the IPS glow is acceptable or non existent. For the price I got it for (cheaper than what it is currently) its decently good. It works for well for gaming with their 1 ms VRB claim (cant verify it). Nice if youre trying to game on the cheap. Works for my need but if you want a monitor for graphics work, look elsewhere. Cant talk about the stand since Im not using it, but it has VESA support. The bezel is slighty thinner than the cheap Acers I got.

Love it so far it’s everything as described and more. I play MLB the Show mostly and couldn’t believe the difference right away going from a tv to this monitor. Where I used to be late on a pitch I’m now early. 2 things I didn’t like is some of the settings that were set on the monitor. It’s kinda hard to get to to buttons since there underneath the monitor but I got the hang of it after awhile. The speakers also are quiet as a mouse there nice to have though but definitely but separate speakers if you need the volume on. I love the monitor though I couldn’t ask for a better price for it also The thinness on the monitor is awesome you can fit pretty much anywhere.

Bought this to replace my Asus VG245H TN panel gaming monitor and i got to say the IPS panel makes a big difference in how colors look. I can switch to my PC or Xbox really easy with dual HDMI and the FreeSync through HDMI pairs well with my PC and Xbox to eliminate any tearing. As far as on the Xbox everything looks really good and has really low input lag without compromising image quality like with TN panel. Loving the quality of this product only flaw is id doesnt have a height adjustment stand but very good monitor overall for the price I would definitely purchase this item again.

Incredible monitor without frames, incredible design and finish, the screen would say that it is the best in its price range, there are better but already those exceed $ 200, if you want the best and you would have to leave for about $ 600, even more. An excellent IPS monitor, a very good brightness, I personally lower it last night because it is very powerful, excellent for the day in brightly lit places, its anti-glare screen is perfect works perfectly just what I was looking for. You can download the Acer Diplay Widget Software, which already has predetermined profiles and you can modify them to your liking, which change the brightness and contrast of the screen, it works perfectly, it is a very innovative software, which saves you a lot of time with the buttons of the monitor. The shipment was perfect, amazon added an extra box for more protection of the monitor package, everything arrived in perfect condition. A monitor recommended if you want an IPS, large screen 23.8 "and a very gaming finish, very good response times.

It’s definitely more vibrant and bright in comparison to my normal laptop screen and the minimal edge makes it slim and sharp. My only issue is that there is a slight fuzz to the display but I’m sure it can be rectified by further adjustments. There are built in speakers on the monitor and they are just abysmal. Definitely look into some external speakers if you plan to run any sound out from your computer. Works handily with my streaming, desk work and digital media needs. Easy set up too

Picture is great, great value for the money. However, I ordered two monitors. And one was delivered with a MASSIVE burn-in/dead pixels. Completely unusable. Very disappointed...

The monitor had pixel burns in many places within two weeks of installing it. No less than NINE white blotches of various sizes appear on three sides of the screen when the computer is asleep and the monitor is supposed to be turned off - as in a totally dark black screen.

I use this monitor strictly for gaming or for text/browsing. The colors are dull, and the brightness isnt gonna knock your socks off. But it does have 144hz with a 1ms refresh rate. Buy this if youre okay with soso colors and brightness, and have a secondary monitor for movies and other media consumption. I bought this knowing full well its mainly for gaming and I am quite happy with it in that regard.

I purchased this to replace my old Acer x223w, which still works even after 10 years of use. But my old x233w wasnt 1080p, and it didnt have FreeSync, which is what I was looking for. Anyway, this monitor has been working fine for about a month as I write this review. No dead pixels. The color is a little more vibrant than my old x223w as well. The only grievance I have is that it would have been nice if this came with an HDMI cable.
