Bought two of these monitors to be a matching set. They arrived perfect, but one monitor failed after two months. I sent it to Acer twice to get it repaired, but both times they sent me a *yellow* monitor back (once with a bad button too). I went almost a month without it the second time and all the returned Service Order said was that they restored it to factory defaults. So the support was as reliable as the original monitor. I provided support images of the problem and very detailed explanations.
