I know. Its a gaming laptop. Who cares about the keyboard? Ill tell you who. People who work for a living and can afford to pay this much for a laptop. The build quality is incredible. It is a beautiful thing to look at and touch. The screen is great. The fans are a little loud but it is a thin and light gaming laptop so youd be daft to not expect that. But man, is the keyboard terrible. I mean, I have a cheap bluetooth keyboard I use for my Android tablet that is better than this. And its not just the lack of key travel and feel. The layout is terrible too. I type A LOT and for all the wonderful things that this this system does the keyboard was just unacceptable. I used it for a couple hours and it was back in the box with a return label. In case you are interested, I bought a Dell XPS 15 9570 instead and yes, its not a gaming system per se, but it is 90% of the power of this machine while managing to be usable for productivity tasks.

I bought this laptop for two primary purposes: graphic design and video editing. My previous laptop was not powerful enough to allow me to edit 4K footage, and really could only handle medium-sized Photoshop projects. The Razer Blade 15 has power to spare for these specific use cases. With the Nvidia graphics card, I am able to render out of Premiere Pro and After Effects minutes faster than my old laptop. I have also run up to 3 large Photoshop projects simultaneously without a stutter. I have done some mild gaming (Skyrim, Rocket League, Fortnite) and it performs extremely well with the games I own. I have certainly pushed it through its paces, though.

This is my frst laptop, and I didn’t expected the performance coz it’s insane good.! There are other laptop which are hitting 100c at peak performance but this maintains at 70-80c which is useful and will help to improve the product life. Initially I thought of m15 Alienware due to heating issues I choose this product. Only issue is with the laptop flip there is a slight gap. Thanks to “AMAZON” I got this product at low price. 256+2tb with 1060 6gb original price with tax was around 1800$ but AMAZON got a deal and I got this laptop for 1600$. Sound quality great. Screen rgb awesome.

I bought this laptop just for gaming, specially CSGO. It was great for the first few days but after that it started to show all the problems. While playing CSGO with high settings and after an hour or so the screen started flickering and when I touch the area between screen and the keyboard it was so freaking hot - I thought I can make a toast or cook omelette on it. It was that hot. I am not going to use it anymore and I am returning the laptop coz its not worth it. I wanted something small, that I can carry around plus game at the same time but this is not it. I feel like the MSI Trident X will be a better option if you want something that you can carry in your backpack. This is just my opinion tho.

Nice design, however, the battery life is very short. And the screen flicks when you plug in a USB device or connect the laptop with Bluetooth devices. If razer could replace the m2.128G SATA SSD with PCI-E SSD, and replace the BOE screen with LG. Thats could be better. New AW 15 is better, somehow.

Pretty happy with this purchase. I do not play computer games but was looking for a powerful laptop for CPU heavy tasks. Been using macs for years and never really liked windows OS; but macs are ridiculously expensive now and windows just gives more bang for your buck. Overall, the laptop looks and feels expensive, but the track pad and ventilation system could be better. Upgraded the 256gb SDD for the 1tb samsung 960 pro for $300 and it is alot faster now. You’d be better off buying lower spec versions of razer laptops and upgrading yourself later on because its alot cheaper and samsung SSDs are the fastest.

Great laptop! I bought this product for my husband for Chirstmas and he seems to love it. This is a great product overall. Very thin, steel chassis, sleek keyboard, great Rgb lighting. The perfect gift. Got it for 5 monthly payments. I recomend it. Cons: its not fingerprint proof. You will have to clean it every time you use it...
