Although my first laptop was a lemon, tech support was very helpful and shipped out a new thinkpad as soon as mine was returned. Second one works like a charm.
We purchased two of the Lenovo Thinkpads on the same order. When we activated the first computer, it worked flawlessly for a few days and then began having problems that required hard reset or Windows updates. After a few days of issues and much lost productivity, we got the feared "Blue Screen of death" and had to call in for IT support. After over $500 in technician time and no resolution to the issues, we called Lenovo and the technician determined right away that it was a bad CPU or motherboard. The surprising thing was that the technician was not surprised and acted like this is a common issue. We called in IT support again to transfer the laptop to the other brand new Thinkpad that we had sitting in its original shipping box. After a day of setup and fine tuning, the new laptop worked fine for two days and then it crashed. A different problem this time from the looks of it, but the same theme, a brand new laptop, fresh out of the box that does not work. Lenovo customer service was friendly and apologetic, but completely incompetent, with no sense of urgency. It is sad that this is what we have to expect anymore, not as the exception, but oftentimes as the rule.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is lightening fast. The Solid State Drive means ultra fast boot times. There is more than enough space. If you are looking for a business laptop, look no further.
I like the plastic cover that slidsbiver the camera. Simple yet effective.
My wife is a Realtor and needs reliability and usability at all times. This laptop has a 10-key number pad which she depends on and the touch screen feature is handy. With 32GB of RAM, she doesnt have to worry about a bogged down system anymore. The battery life is pretty good so far and the Thunderbolt 3 dock (sold separately) is great.
The value is incredible cant find anything close to it, The only thing I worry about is that the warranty is not through Lenovo, but it works great
This notebook is suitable for me, as I need to run some softwares like Matlab and i7 process and 32G Ram work well.
The laptop is very nice but choose one with a higher end graphics card if you need to use it for 3d modeling, at least with autocad. Runs most cad software with ease; but there is a definite performance hit in the 3d environment. Ive unfortunately lost some/parts of work due to crashes.
