This is a nice laptop for the money. It was, however, VERY disappointing that Dell chose to install McAfee Anti-Virus software on the system when Windows 10 had a built in protector. They should leave that up to the user. The reason I bought this laptop was because my previous laptop had an Anti-Virus that had an unsuccessful uninstall and created problems on my computer. I preferred to use the Windows 10 Defender protection, but see others have problem with the McAfee uninstall interfering with the firewall and with Defender not functioning after the McAfee uninstall.

It is a complete lie that this laptop comes with a “tray load DVD drive”. See attached picture of the “drive”. Not going to lie, I’m pretty salty about this complete waste of my time.

HAVE SAME MACHINE BOUGHT THREE YEARS AGO HAD DVD/RECORD BUT SMALLER MEMORY. THIS WAS ADVERTISED AS HAVING SAME. BUT BOX THAT IT CAME IN, HAD NO DVD LISTED. AND NO DVD ON MACHINE ITSELF. STILL TRYED IT OUT HAD CORENA BUT SHE WOULDNT WORK SAID COME BACK LATER. AND WIFI WAS HIT OR MISS. WOULD WORK THEN IT COULDNT FIND MY WIFI. ASKED/ FOR RECEIVED REFUND.

In the description of specs, it states has dvd/RW drive, but it does not. I bought the laptop for this feature. It is misleading, to say it has it and then yu get it and it does not.
