love the computer, dislike that i cant contact the seller about what im owed, and they wont answer amazons phone calls.. sketchy... i want my 3 year subscription i paid for.

I hate W10 !! The only reason the computer was purchased was the expiration of W7. It was chosen because its Consumer Reports highest rated pc with a dvd. It offers nothing I can appreciate over the older model. I think for basic functions the 10 layout and features are more difficult and slower to use and personalize than w7. Im definitely keep ing the older pc and hope changing to w10 wont screw pit up!
