Only single core processor not fast at all most apps will make the until restart completely and not open. Way better chromenooks for that price on here with whats core processor and triple the memory this one had. I would shop around before purchasing this its not worth it. I returned mine to Amazon

This laptop, which I got in early September, is great, exactly what I needed. However I got a “certified refurbished” model and the hinge came very slightly damaged. Whatever, I’m very gentle with my computers. Well now, despite me being careful, the laptop goes black every time I try to open it. The screen only turns on if the laptop is barely open, once I open it more than that it turns off. It also has to be plugged in for me to turn it on, even if it’s at full battery. If I manage to get it on and functional I can unplug it and the battery lasts forever. Again I love this laptop but the refurbished thing is horrible, spend the extra money and get a new model or your money will be wasted as mine was, now I’m absolutely furious and left without a functional laptop.

Its for my daughter for Christmas, so I didnt want to take it through the motions entirely, but this sure looks like its booting up Windows 10 when I power it on. Im pleasantly surprised to see the screen detaches from the keyboard to act as a tablet and it also came with a stylus! Now if this thing really is running Windows I need to get that garbage off of there... Edit: Looks like I wont be able to get Chrome OS onto this thing. No way am I running Windows 10 Home on something with such little resources. Also the screen is 10.1" not advertised 11.6". What a deal this would be though if it were truly a Chromebook but Ill be returning it.

This was my first Chromebook. Ive had dozens and dozens of computers but needed something light and easy for working in the field. Touchscreen is nice, keyboard is small (of course: 11-inch display). Touchpad sucks. "Button" sticks or doesnt register sometimes. Speakers are pathetic. Cant hear over the minimal background noise of nearby conversation. Selling or giving away this turd as I just upgraded to an Acer R13 convertible. Much better. Got a screamin deal on ebay for that one.

Im assuming the mouse pad was one of the reasons this Chromebook was refurbished. If it was secured in place Id be giving a 5 star review. It works exactly as I expect a Chromebook to work, specs are exactly what I expected, and touch screen works great. However the mouse pad sticking on a clock or popping off when Im trying to use it is fairly annoying.

Had to learn yet another operating system with the Chromebook but after some trial and error, it worked. I have a PC which runs on Windows 10. I have a Samsung Tablet (2) and phone all of which I use constantly so am very familiar with them; they are Androids. I also "take care" of my partners IPhone so Ive learned that. Was a little disappointed that Chromebook is yet another "language" so it took a bit to get it going However, it fills the need I had for it so enough said.

It is slightly slower than my accer chromebook but very little. But the big advantage is this does have memory compared to other chromebooks where you can actually download apps and save other items. Unlike my previous chromebook.

Bought this refurbished at a very low price for homeschooling younger levels. It is perfect! We have apps visit websites complete and create documents. Battery life is nice and long. It keeps up with work and play of the a 7 & 10 year old. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

In the past several months, I had a Macbook Pro and three windows computers fatally crash. I have one high-end windows laptop left, but I am so tired of the super slow startup and the constant Windows updates that I have to endure. So, I decided to try a Chromebook. This thing rocks!!! I cast movies to my TV with a Google Chrome Stick, keep 11 tabs open on Google Chrome, I was even able to add Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The 4G of RAM is important for multitasking and I simply added a 128G micro SD card for more storage. Havent needed to use the extra storage yet. If you arent planning on doing a lot of photo/video editing or playing high-end video games then this computer will likely do everything you need.

This little laptop does all the things that I want it to and does them quickly. It got it to replace a Windows 10 machine. This is more than adequate for me. I added a disk drive to it.
