I was initially really excited to get this laptop as it was the second highest build possible in terms of included hardware (processor, graphics card, ram, ssd) & many reviews online listed it as one of the best laptops period. Upon opening it up the laptop has a really nice, solid & sleek aluminum construction. This build is a bit on the heavier side (~5lbs) whoch isnt too bad for me, but if youre looking for portability go with the XPS 13. Eveything boots ups and operates very quickly. With the larger power supply I can go several uses, hours at a time without having to charge (I usually charge once every 3 or 4 days). Keyboard is a bit on the small side as well so just be aware. However this review wouldve got a 5/5 expect this BRAND NEW computer comes from Dell with Speaker crackling! Dell is aware of the issue as a multitude of customers have brought it to their attention through customer service and online forums. At this time they are refusing to do anything. This defect should be heavily considered before buying this expensive & "premium" laptop. Honestly, I recommend you pass this one up. Several people have tried different fixes from software deletions & installs, to utilizing the warranty for a motherboard replacement all to no avail. Its a defect in this particular computer (XPS 15 9360 &9370) and quite honestly demands a recall. (Again unlikely a BIOS update will fix this either) In conclusion, PASS ON BUYING THIS LAPTOP. Be careful & do alot of research for any & all problems on whichever laptop you buy as I thought I did on this one, but was wrong. Best of luck!
