I ended up returning this unit twice. Pros (when it worked): Fast boot and start up. Sleek design made me enjoy sitting on the laptop. Cons: 1st laptop - Constant crash issues. Had Dell perform a remote takeover of the computer and update the BIOS and change the settings and it still kept crashing. The crashes would happen randomly when either using word, or surfing the internet using chrome, or using python. I did try to use one program at a time but it would still crash. 2nd Laptop - When it arrived the LCD didnt work, which I found to be a common issue with the XPS. Seems like its a loose connector and you have to open your laptop and plug it back in. Dell sent a technician to fix it, it started working and after a week the cable came loose again. The keys are not responsive unless you really slam them down. When you try and type quickly some of the letters wouldnt get pressed and Id have to go back and put them in. Final straw was the computer crashed.
