I am really pleased with this laptop. It was definitely worth the money. I have large hands and it is very easy to type on. Perfect size for taking with you to school etc. Update- I just noticed the laptop does not have a web cam like stated in the description. I dont need one so It is not that big of a deal. I wanted to leave an update for those who need one.

The laptop worked as expected for approximately three months with no major issues. After about 3-1/2 months, the battery came up with a fatal error and refused to charge. I reached out to the seller and they were unresponsive outside of their auto-reply that "Your message has been assigned to me, and I am reviewing it as a high priority. I will follow up with you very soon." I ended up buying a battery separate from them and the replacement battery came up with the same fatal error which means it has to be hardware related. I dont expect to be buying anything else from them in the future. With this type of service, I would not recommend much with the product or the seller based on the response.

This was a great find! My tech savvy son chose this for me when I needed a new laptop. I was reluctant to buy refurbished, but he convinced me I would never be able to afford a computer that was this fast and of this quality if it were new. Well, he was right. This is a great little computer, super fast, super clear graphics, and easy to navigate. My daughter used mine, and is going to buy one for herself because of its speed and ease of use. You wont be disappointed in this fabulous little laptop!

I received a different model than that I ordered. No power cord. An after market battery that sticks out the back about one inch! This was a Christmas gift for my daughter! It was the only thing she asked for. Was so disappointing with the laptop and the service provided by Blazing Prices!

ordered for a medical service client ( traveling nurse ) to replace a malfunctioning win-7 system; a learning curve was needed but easily accomplished with the systems win-10 OS. the storage IS just adequate and the processor fast enough to handle many "open" programs at once. the client has family in Germany and the processor allows for the use of Skype to work almost seamlessly with a very "handsome" profile in appearance; overall, a very NICE computer for business or home . an extra note: have often ordered refurbished products with a 9 out of ten satisfaction ratio .

I took a chance that didnt pay off. Im so glad Im able to return it. It did power on, it appeared to be in fair condition and the mouse worked pretty well, but thats where the good stuff ends. Many of the keys used with the left hand entered the same letter two or three times for each keystroke. Numbers did not work at all. Backspace did not work either. Because I had no use of the keyboard, I couldnt activate windows to see if that worked. It arrived with sticky residue on the border around the keyboard. It was missing the EC flap on the side, so there was an opening to collect dirt and dust. The VGA connector had a pin stuck in it so it couldnt be used. Then, when I opened the disk drive, there was peanut butter smeared on the tray! Come on! Dont they look at or test the items before they send them out??? Ill be returning the item and will not exchange it. I will look elsewhere.

This is a work horse of a computer made for everyday office use. Its fast, has plenty of ram, a new and plenty of built in hard drive storage. We have lots of these in use where I work but its best used with a docking station. The one I bought was reburbished like new condition. I have it loaded with Windows 10 Home, for home use. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because of its heavy weight and it gets warm.

The battery give out at 40 mins, the hard drive is very noisy and the touch pad respond poorly when it does.

Wow! What a nice laptop. I bought it for my son. Wish it was mine. Very fast and nimble. Has all the bells and whistles. Very good for business or college. Glad I bought it.

The first laptop I received, the 0 didnt work ,the second one I received didnt charge, I would like a refund.
