Not a bad little laptop. I have a dedicated gaming desktop at my house so I wanted something that would play the AAA games and others that I own. The laptop is a little heavy so carrying to school and back is a little tiring. The screen kinda sucks but is decent (to me) for light to moderate use. The speakers are good and the battery life is great! I can get 8 hours out of this if I’m not gaming and 4ish if I gamed on the battery. The computers fans aren’t all the loud and can play games fairly well. Overwatch in high but forget about playing Witcher 3. This machine can’t do it all but what it can do, it does fairly well. If you’re looking for a laptop that you can carry around, do school work in the library with for 4-5 hours and play games on the same charge I say get it. I got this laptop on amazon on sale for $620 and used the money I saved to get a 250gb m.2 ssd and this really wakes up the laptop. I’d recommend doing this if you buy it.

this is actually a very very beefy laptop for the price, ive had it for about a year and love it. it runs almost anything on high/max 1080p at 30/60 fps. after about 6 months, i ended up switching out the HDD for a 2tb SSD for $300 more and have zero regrets. its is actually really really easy to replace the HD, like 4 screws easy haha. i dropped this laptop right on the adapter, and nothing broke. nothing at all, everything works beautifully. i did buy another adapter just in case there are power restrictions from the fall, they are $15 on newegg anyway. most demanding games i own* game/quality/res/fps Final Fantasy 15 high 1080 30-45fps Resident Evil 7 max 1080 at 60fps No Mans Sky high 1080 at 30 Dark Souls 3 max 1080 at 60fps Dirt Rally high/max 1080 at 60fps Diablo 3 max 1080 at 60fps id recommend it to anyone who cant afford a $800+ laptop. but if yo hold out, buy a better laptop with a better hard drive. thats the only thing to complain about with this one.

I’ve had this laptop for a year now and originally got this for schoolwork and gaming. It is great for the price. First let’s go with the pros. Gaming on it is pretty smooth able to handle most modern games on medium to low. High on most esports titles. They also have room for an m.2 slot so you can upgrade storage with an add. Now with the cons (It may seem like there is a lot of them but the raw performance of the computer outweighs the cons). The IO is not too impressive 1 USB 3.0 port and 2 2.0 ports 1 sd card slot and most unimpressive only 1 hdmi output. This means you can’t have more than 1 monitor (apart from the laptops inbuilt display). Another big problem with the IO is recently one of my USB 2.0 slots recently died leaving me with only 2 USB slots left. Luckily I have a USB hub on hand but I was still disappointed due to the fact I used this port very minimally. Another thing is the slow hard drive. After a while of it being used and filled u I noticed it took a considerable amount of time for the system to start, open, and load programs. So I recommend getting an m.2 sad with this laptop to give it a boost. The laptop screen durability is sub par. It is made of plastic and flexes a lot so I try to be careful not to break it. Other than that It is a great laptop and surpassed my expectations for the price I bought it at which around the time was about $670.

I have been using Dell for over 15 years and have always had great luck with their products until recently. The Dell laptop that I had been using for over 14 years was slowing down and unfortunately it was time for a new machine. Now I was already reluctant to purchase another Dell only because I had purchased one the previous June for my son and had to send it back to Dell for repairs twice in six months. I hoped that was a fluke, but I was wrong. I purchased this unit for my business so that I could run Quickbooks on it and it only lasted a month before the screen went completely black and was unusable. Of course I had just transferred all the info from the old computer and had been using the new one for a couple weeks, just to have to send it in to Dell for them to repair and start all over from scratch again. Not sure that I would purchase a Dell product ever again, which is sad because I loved my old Dell that lasted forever.

I regret for buying this laptop. 1. Made with poor quality plastic. Mine got broken after a month. 2. Poor display resolution.

I reeeally like this laptop, very nice! Im not a huge online gamer but my boyfriend is, and he recommended this laptop for me. Im mostly using it for school and light use and some gaming. Ive had it for a fee days now and the only complaint was not the laptop itself but the microsoft store and updates- i had to download a few things for them to work corectly- kept freezing. Also it is a bit heavier than most computers but that doesnt bother me at all, just makes it less flimsy. I would recommend this laptop.

I don’t know much about gaming laptops, I’m your average high school girl so I decided to take a risk and buy this one as I’ve seen good reviews and videos about it. It’s been pretty good so far, I’ve had it for about 2-3 days. Unfortunately, it does have some cons but it’s still pretty good so I gave it 4 stars. Some cons are the battery life, when playing games it kills it pretty quickly. You around 5-6 hours just browsing but playing games would last you around 2-3 hours, more if you lowered everything. Another personal con I had was that I had really high hopes and expectations for it, but it isn’t as amazing as people made it out to be. That’s just me personally though, it’s still really good for the price. On Fortnite, your typical settings that are playable are medium to high with around 60 fps but Epic will lag you. Also, sometimes it has a really loud annoying noise when running. Other than that, it’s still a great laptop. I’m debating whether to return it or keeping it still, but it’s really good besides the battery life. I’d recommend it to you if you’re looking for a gaming laptop that would last around 0-5 years max.

My husband bought this for himself and he spends hours and hours on it playing video games. He has never mentioned any issues with it and actually has told me many times how much he loves it. I’m not a computer person at all but I do like the black and red colors and when I watch movies on it I think the picture quality is great. Overall the laptop is a huge hit in our house. I highly recommend.

runs games at ultra/epic settings, fan noise is noticeable but i dont mind it. updated my i5 model to 16gb of ram 1tb SSD with a 250m.2 and its become a monster of a laptop for everything i throw at it, gaming, editing, web browsing. good budget laptop i can see it lasting a good few years.

The computer was fine for two months, however it wouldnt boot up last night and after taking it in, they are telling me the Hard Driver has failed! Now I have to pay $175 for a new hard drive.... The technician I went to however, did say the computer was a good computer though.. so theres that I guess.
