This is a great laptop just a few minor things keeping it from being 5 stars. The USB Plugins and AC Charger Plugin are finicky, you kinda have to feel around sometimes to plug something in. This is more user preference but I do not like how they combined "ctrl" and the keyboard shortcut for "right click" on the keyboard. So you have to do FN + CTRL to do the right click shortcut. There is a combined headphone + mic jack instead of having them separate. This probably wont be an issue for most people but for the price I excepted all the bells and whistles. Low quality camera but I will hardly ever use it anyways. Other notes: Im not hearing the whine that some people complained about when the processor is under moderate/heavy load. The fingerprint sensor is really handy for logging in if you want your computer password protected. It can emulate PS2 and PS3 games just fine for those who are interested. Edit: It looks like all the others reviews disappeared besides one other review (other than my own), as of 4/2/19, weird.... So I will update this. The laptop has a backlit keyboard with 3 different brightness settings. (I didnt even know about this until playing around with the FN + F1 through F12 keys) It has 2 thunderbolt 3.1 ports, I havent gotten to put much use to them yet but I can note it will fast charge your phone / transfer files It has a touchscreen, works great It has 1 HDMI out port 16 GB of RAM Bluetooth which has been working great for me, no problems Wifi works great Micro SD Card reader works great with some pretty fast read/write speeds Battery life is pretty good, I usually dont have to worry about plugging it in Performance is great, it was noted in the other reviews before they disappeared that this isnt the best laptop for gaming because it doesnt have the best ventilation for heat to escape. I can agree with this. But for photo editing, video editing, etc. I can see this working great for you. If you want to play games on lower performance settings it will be fine, you can even do the higher but it may auto down clock to protect the graphics/cpu. Even if you shutdown this laptop, as soon as you hit the power button you have maybe a 4 second wait (max) before you are at the Windows Desktop. Its crazy how fast this boots up. The BIOS settings is pretty cool as well, but this is my first expensive laptop so it may not be surprising to some.
