I first purchased another Mac Pro from another seller because it was slightly more expensive and so thought it would be better quality. I received it and was very disappointed. Not only did it have scratches and dents....it did not work. After 3 attempts to load our programs, the Mac would delete them within the hour. I had to send it back. I then ordered this Mac. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. There was only 1 small scratch which you could only see if you were looking for it. We had purchased a cover for the computer and it looked great! Not only that but the computer is in great working order. After a week of having it, we have had no issues. Do not be discouraged by the price or other comments.....we received a great product:)

I havent used a Mac since 2002, but so far Im loving this one. Its very small and light, turns on fairly quickly, and is easy to use. Since its refurbished I was expecting it to have some scratches and dents, but I only found one small dent in the corner and no scratches. Everything appears to be working great! Ill update this review if that changes; lets hope it doesnt.

We needed another laptop for our family and this little guy fit the bill. It was smaller than we expected (not smaller than the description-just smaller than we visualized) and seems to be in pretty great condition. All in all we are happy.

I will admit that I was skeptical about making this purchase as for some, it seemed to be a total miss, especially when it came to scratches and dents on the casing. The only cosmetic flaw I have is a small, and I mean TINY nick on the left corner and you wouldnt notice it unless you were looking for it. I was afraid about battery life and charger but the computer charged up super fast (I think my charger was a brand new or almost new charger when looking at it, a bit on the shorter side, but had an Apple adapter that I switched out to make it longer). It so far has proved to have a pretty good battery life, even when the screen is up full brightness, as well as the backlight of the keyboard. It came with MacOS Sierra installed and I was able to update it to MacOS Mojave which I am pleased that it is compatible with the newest OS. Im so happy with my purchase and couldnt expect anything better.

I was nervous about buying refurbished too, so I get what you’re thinking. I’m letting you know this seller was wonderful, the laptop turned on when I first opened it up, worked as expected, has continued working, I am VERY happy with my purchase. I’m a college student so I filtered my laptop search by looking for under $400 and I feel very lucky and happy that for under that price, I have an awesome laptop now.

There were a lot of good and bad reviews so I was worried to buy it, but I took the risk. The laptop that I received is very good, Im actually writing this review with it. Bad things: the corners are slightly marked, the screen flops open part of the way, it makes a snapping sound when I hold it by the side, and two of the keys are a little worn down. Other than that, it works perfectly fine. The battery life and charge rate really impressed me, it lasts all day or multiple days and charges in only a few hours. The laptop seems very fast and responds well to anything, Ive had no problems with it and Ive been using it for nearly a month. If any problems happen I will update this review. Overall, if you dont mind a few scratches or worn keys then this laptop is well worth the money. I got the early 2014, 11 inch macbook air and it felt brand new
