I received this laptop a week ago and have used it nonstop. It’s lightweight, responsive, and fast. This HP is definitely the best laptop I’ve ever purchased.

I have always purchased Dell laptops so purchasing an HP is an entirely new experience for me. I am not an extremely tech savvy person but i know the basics. I did a little research before purchasing this laptop and it seemed the best available in the 500 dollar price range. It has a sleek design and is aesthetically appealing. I use this laptop for both entertainment and general business functions. The keyboard is smooth flowing and feels ergonomically designed as it sits comfortably in my lap. It has great sound and the keyboard lights up nice and clear so you can easily type without error. Definitely worth the price, will buy again

Its a really nice computer; well worth the money. I was glad to get a computer with 1 TB hard drive and 12 GB of ram for this price. The only thing I dont like is the backlighting. The color is not dark enough to see the keys well.

i just recieve this laptop today. so far in love it. works awesome. its fast and nice looking. easy to setup. i was able to download google chrome and google extensions.

i really like how lightweight and slim the computer is. its the perfect size too. the screen isnt too big nor too small. it has some cool looking speakers on the keyboard that i have never seen before. they work really well. it has worked a lot faster than the last laptop i bought from amazon-- a 2018 dell inspiron. the mouse is kind of confusing. sometimes i will click on it and it just clicks something. other times i click on it and it "left clicks" the thing. i guess i will have to figure that out.
