I really like the feel of this keyboard and mouse and I like the sleek design, but I started having problems with the keyboard after 1 week. The connection constantly drops and I have to turn the keyboard off and back on to regain connection. It will work fine again until I stop typing for about 5 seconds, then loses connection again. This is incredibly frustrating! I tried it on another laptop just to see if there was an issue with the other and got the exact same behavior. Also, when I have it directly connected to my laptop via the cable (Charging) the keyboard acts as though the number 6 key is being held down. The only way to stop the 6s from scrolling across the screen is to turn off the keyboard. Unfortunately, I have to return it

I purchased this wireless combo to free up space on my desk and it has delivered. Pros: - Full-sized keyboard has everything I need at my fingertips, yet is exceptionally slim: it feels like typing on a laptop, which is exactly what I wanted. - Snappy, responsive keys havent yet missed a stroke. - Included USB receiver is very convenient: Im only down one port for two peripherals, which isnt bad, and the plug-and-play functionality is awesome. - Adjustable DPI toggle on the mouse allows for on-the-fly customization when I need more (or less) sensitivity. - Mouse clicks are nice and quiet. Cons: - Despite being advertised as aluminum, the body of the keyboard is in fact plastic. I suspect the frame (internal) is aluminum, but the product description as of May 10, 2018 is misleading. - The mouse, as others have noted, is very shallow. Im getting used to it, but I would prefer a mouse that fits more comfortably into the palm of my hand. Additionally, the scroll wheel makes a soft grinding sound that is at odds with the quiet clicks. - The Spacebar and Enter keys are LOUD. They make a very distinct clacking sound on each press. The other keys are nicely muted, but I do get irritated by these two. The verdict: Overall, a solid purchase that Im very pleased with and would recommend to others, if the cons I describe are acceptable.

To be honest, this keyboard took me a bit to get used to. Im used to an ergonomic "mother" of a keyboard - huge keyboard. I also have nails... I love the little rubbery cover that comes on the keyboard... in fact Id rather keep it on. For me, its not a real silent keyboard, but it sure is more quiet than the other one I had. I love its compactness and portability. I can just move it out of the way when not in use. I like that its rechargeable. I do find with the cover off, its a little louder and the keys are a little more slippery (for me anyway). But, I am a "pounder" on the keyboard - having learned to type on a real typewriter.. back in the day. The Mouse.... I love it too. Its low profile and sleek. Some people dont like it because it doesnt fill their hand. I dont have a large hand, so for me its fine. I wish the color was more of a rose gold, but it still looks magnificent on my desk. Its a winner combo. Im a Paralegal, so I use this keyboard and mouse a lot, everyday.

This was the exact product I was looking for. Plugged it in and did not work. Power going to both mouse and keyboard. I think this was an easy fix if I could speak to someone. Had to look hard to find an email address. The girl I reached was very nice and very responsive but obvious not technical. No tech support hotline. No Troubleshooting guide in worst the worst directions ever. UPDATE: I spoke with someone at customer service and they are sending me another one to try. I could have had a defective product or even user error. I commented on their tech service. I see on Amazon you can contact tech service via the Amazon website. Who knew? I will try that route if I have problems. I will say their customer service is top knotch. Excellent communication every time I emailed. 5 stars because I think this one they are sending will work and now I can get a hold of tech service. Too many good reviews for this to be a bad product.

This keyboard has not worked since day one. We tried it on both of our home computers, and the green light would come in and go off immediately when we turned it on. Finally, my husband took it to his place if employment and tried it in the computer there. It still did not work. We we checked on sending it back, we were told it was beyond the time allowed for returning. We shop Amazon multiple times a month, so it seems sad we cannot return a $54 item that simply is no good.

The Keys are INCREDIBLY sensitive. For me this ends up being a bad thing because I am a 131 WPM typer. I need my keys to depress once and only once. I very commonly get repeating keys when typing with this because of the sensitivity. I normally love chicklet style keyboards because they usually have some resistance behind the keys. But this thing can depress if you breathe on it too hard. Thats not a joke, I literally blew a gust of air (with my mouth) on the keyboard just to test, and it literally pressed three keys. Thats WAAAY too sensitive for me. There are some users who will prefer this, but some who will absolutely despise it, like I do. Im not going to give it a low review because I honestly believe that its doing what it was made to do, but what it was made to do is just not what I personally wanted.

I may return this product... PROS: The keyboard is by far my favorite part of the combo. It is sleek and quiet. I have never lost a connection while typing. The clear silicone "sheet" is a life saver since I have cats so no fur gets in the keyboard. CONS: TWICE has my mouse lost connection. The first time the mouse cursor was able to move on screen but when I clicked on anything it wouldnt do it. For example I kept clicking the "trash" icon on my email and it wouldnt click so i couldnt delete that email. The second time the mouse cursor wouldnt move at all. It was very odd and very annoying. Like I said I love the keyboard but the mouse may be a reason to return the product. update: the seller is very understanding and tries his or her best to make the customers happy. They receive an extra 2 stars because of their customer services. I hope my mouse was just a bad lemon since this product does indeed have positive reviews. I hope they find a solution and fix some of the mouses that are causing some trouble.

I was iffy about paying this much for a keyboard and mouse because there are a lot of cheaper options that seem to have all the same features. I dont know about those options, but this keyboard and map combo are great. The keyboard is super easy to type on, and the mouse works just fine. I work as a desk job doing stuff with spreadsheets and websites. I do a lot of copy/paste, and with most keyboards, my left pinky feels like its going to fall off because its a stretch to reach Ctrl and V at the same time (I have little hands.). This keyboard has dedicated Select All, Copy, Cut, and Paste keys above the number pad. Super convenient and an unexpected bonus for me. Btw, I saw some folks claimed that the white and gold combo is copper-ish rather than rose gold. It is ABSOLUTELY rose gold. I dont have a problem with that. In fact, I was hoping for it, but if youre a dude and you dont want a pink keyboard, dont get the white and gold combo.

I am writing this review using my new wireless mouse and keyboard from Jelly Comb. The keys are so soft that it made the experience the same while I’m working on my Macbook or Chromebook keyboards. In contrast, one advantage of using this keyboard is the inclusion of the standard numeric keypad. This wireless keyboard reminds me of the Apple keyboard I have in terms of being slim. This one just feels more resolute compared to Apple. And more economical I might add. I didn’t feel any lag between the time I hit the keys and the time they display on my screen. The advertised 2.4GHz truly delivers. Even though the box says it is designed for Windows, I was able to use it with my Chromebook and Macbook. The only critique I have of this is the placement of the Function key right in between the Control and Windows keys. This was especially challenging when I was working on my Macbook. Now the mouse experience is not that appealing. I found the height too low that I would not use the word ergonomic to describe it. It’s functional, to say the least. It comes with that wheel that is very handy when scrolling web pages and documents. It is also fitted with the quick button that toggles between slow and fast mouse pointer movement. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I get the same experience as typing on a high-end wireless keyboard at a fraction of the cost.

Among keyboards, the ergonomics of this keyboard is unmatched. Key travel is virtually zero. However, I had some minor problems in the beginning. I didnt worry about it because it wasnt a big deal. The mouse is a little small for my hand, but nothing that I couldnt get used to. The "U" key and "I" key were repeaters from the start. I should have returned it, but I liked it so much I decided to just deal. One key press resulted in 2-3 characters. Not always, but sometimes. Im a fast typer, so this would have resulted in a big issue if I were someone that typed documents a lot. With my PC, I do light typing and gaming. Also, the "2" key on the numeric keypad didnt work without a harder key press than the others. I use a numeric keypad for all numbers I type (habit), so it was just an annoyance. Over a year or so, the "M" key stopped working without a VERY hard key press, along with the "2" key on the numeric keypad. I love the slim design and ergonomics. The key action would be perfect, if all of the keys worked properly. Id be able to type 1,000,000 miles an hour. Over a year, I only charged this keyboard 3 times, used daily. Amazing battery life. I will recycle this and look for other slim designs that work. For now, pulled the old Logitech combo out of the closet. Huge key travel, but all the keys work when I press them after 2 years. The mouse also feels better.
