This mouse has lasted me over a year now. Ill say that over time, my opinion has changed from being satisfied with to ultimately disliking this item for a recurring lag issue. It regularly lags, often losing connectivity for short moments, causing the pointer to sputter around the screen erratically. I notice it cuts in and out frequently, perhaps upwards of ten times an hour despite a new battery. It does fit nicely and comfortably in the hand. Overall, you get what you pay for with this product.

I bought this mouse after looking at a ton of them on Amazon. I decided to purchase this one because it was a decent price and because it had a few features I liked, that I have not had on any previously owned mouse. In the past I have only purchased the Logitech brand, and have been very happy with them so this was a little bit of a leap for me to purchase an unknown brand. I have been very happy with my purchase and have had no issues or problems with it since I received it. Its a little bit more than a basic mouse without being overwhelmingly crazy and I really like the 2 buttons on the side that are page forward and page backward buttons. Thats a great feature and one I wasnt aware I needed until now! I have small hands and this fits my hand well. Im used to a smaller mouse and this is bigger but still compact and easy to travel with if needed and it doesnt feel too large either. I had read some other reviews that waking this mouse up was a little different, that you actually have to click the button on this mouse instead of just moving it, I actually like this feature as well. Im usually on my computer at the kitchen table and this keeps the mouse from waking every time little fingers or cat paws decide to touch it.I also love the purple, while the color on the screen matched my laptop well, the one I actually received is definitely a different shade, but really its still nice and Im happy with it. I really dont have anything negative to say about it. Im very happy with this purchase and will be getting another one for my sons laptop as well.

UPDATE 7/15/17: Although I replaced this product with another brand I was very impressed with the Victsing immediate and multiple attempts to replace the product and many offers to make the purchase right. From the manufacture, "VicTsing Direct provide 45-day money back and 1 year manufactured warranty on all the products and would try our best to solve your problem ending with a satisfied solution." Unfortunately I do not check my email but every couple weeks. Once I did check my email I did see repeated attempts from the manufacture to contact me for resolution. Im updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars but due to the fact that multiple reviews referenced the faulty scroll wheel I do not think this is a 5 star product. The manufacture states the mouse should sleep after 8 minutes and wake on any button press but my experience was much shorter and would not wake unless I specifically pressed the red power button in the top center of the product. Scroll wheel does not work after 2 weeks. Scroll jumps up and down the page. Also, mouse turns off after very short period and must press power button to wake. I prefer mouse that wakes on movement.

1) Per product description, this mouse automatically goes to sleep if it spends long enough inactive, until you click a button to reactivate it. And the timers at that sweetspot where its short enough that you get annoyed when you forget its turned off already, but also long enough not to make any meaningful ripple in preserving battery life. 2) The buttons are wiiiiide and pretty sensitive. Its actually difficult not to accidentally right click things all the time without deliberately resting your finger to the side. 3) Battery life is short despite the above measure. I had a fresh AA last all of two weeks. 4) Removing and inserting batteries is an enormous pain. I have to pry out a dead battery with a knife! 5) Mouse wheel is touchy af. Sometimes youll scroll down/up and itll scroll itself back up/down a notch when you stop scrolling and the wheel returns to a resting position. 6) Having a button specifically to adjust DPI speed on the fly is not a bad feature to have built into a mouse, but there is no reason to put it where it is for how seldom itll be used.

I purchased two of these in April. One for my partner and one for myself. I use mine daily, while she uses hers much less frequently. At the end of November, I noticed that scrolling was becoming less smooth with mine. Now, a month later, it appears that the scroll wheel my mouse is wearing out and rolling it is just as likely to make the screen scroll up often as it does down. The problem is becoming progressively worse and soon I wont be able to use the scroll wheel at all. Checked the battery, reinstalled drivers, and did everything else I needed to do make sure it wasnt a problem with something else related to the laptop. Also tested my partners mouse on my laptop as well. Hers still scrolls smoothly with no problems, so its definitely a problem with my mouse. While I realize its only ten dollars, it would have been nice if this item had lasted longer before breaking down. *Update* Almost as soon as my review went up, I was contacted by customer service for VicTsing. After a bit of back and forth, VicTsings customer service offered to replace my defective mouse. When I got the package earlier this week, I actually got two new mice instead of just one. Ive added a star to me review for the absolutely excellent and attentive customer service I received from this company. I am very happy with everything and I really wish more companies would take customer satisfaction as seriously as they do.

I got this mouse because I needed one that was great for precision selecting and one that was also comfortable with the expanded place for my pinkie and ring finger. (Plus its beautiful!!!) Well I got it in and was so excited only to be completely let down because the pointer was "jerky" on the screen and it was hard to maneuver.... BUT I am absolutely ECSTATIC to report that after a month of using it I FINALLY realized this morning that there are PROTECTOR FILMS ON THE BOTTOM of the mouse!!!! After removing them I am so happy to say that after going through 6 mouses in 3 months I am finally COMPLETELY SATISFIED with this one!!! Moral of my story... DONT BE A IDIOT LIKE ME AND REMOVE THE FILM PROTECTORS :)

Do not buy this!! I have been shopping on Amazon for over 5 years and have made well over 100 purchases. This is one of the few that I have actually been disappointed in! I didn’t really like the mouse when I first used it. It feels cheap and like it would not be very durable, but I was still willing to give it a chance. It works fine, but is also very uncomfortable. The ergonomic design does not fit my hand well. The first time that I tried to remove the USB piece from my laptop it broke! Now a piece of it is stuck and I will have to use a tool to remove it. My laptop is not an old piece of junk either. It’s only a couple of months old and nothing else has ever gotten stuck in it, so I’m confident that the laptop is not the problem. Overall, I obviously didn’t expect a top notch mouse for $10, but I still didn’t expect it to break so quickly.

This is not the worse mouse Ive ever used, but its close. Every 5 or so minutes itll just decide to stop registering movement correctly, and Ill have to deal with the pointer not moving at all, and then flying all over the screen. At first I thought it was just a bad battery (which are not included by the way), but after changing the battery the problems remain. Ive changed the dpi setting, and whatever the hz one is too, yet the problems remain. The most frustrating part, besides it being broken, is that occasionally itll work great. Sometimes itll be crisp and sharp enough Id say you could online fps with it. If it was always like that Id give it 5 stars in a hearbeat. The mouse itself is ergonomic, and the buttons are crisp with a satisfying plastic click, but neither of those trump that it just doesnt do what a mouse is supposed to. A good mouse should melt away, and let you interface with the computer without you even knowing its there. This one jars you back to meatspace far too often. *Edit* - I honestly couldnt stand it anymore. I bought a new logitech mouse, and Im returning this one as soon as it arrives. Everyone has been asking me why Im so angry. IM NOT ANGRY IM JUST FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF THIS MOUSE! DID YOU KNOW CTRL-T OPENS A BROWSER TAB AND CTRL-W CLOSES IT? CTRL 1 - 7 WILL SWITCH THE CORRESPONDING TAB. USING THE TAB BUTTON WILL CYCLE THROUGH THE AVAILABLE LINKS ON A PAGE; SHIFT TAB CYCLES BACKWARDS. PRAY YOU NEVER HAVE TO LEARN THIS MANY KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS.

I have been very frustrated with this mouse. First I do have to say something positive. It does have a nice shape. I like the fast response. I thought it was going to be a real winner but I have gone through 4 batteries since I got it. I have gone back and experimented with laptop closed or left open. Nothing makes a difference. There is no auto off that works, and or mine is defective. This is very frustrating because it always fails right when I am focused and working on things, plus I have to carry batteries all the time to fix it. I purchased it almost 2 months ago so the window to return is closed. Like I said I thought maybe the problem was on my end, so I kept working on it. Ugg

This mouse hits all the markers of a super cheap mouse but the body feels solid, its priced to match the overall cheap feeling, and seems usable for the time being. - It is almost a mini mouse and feels almost awkwardly small even in my moderate-small hands, cant imagine larger hands using this comfortably. - It has very, very loud clicks in two distinct tones for each side. This is not a gentle clicker and would not be likable for gaming because of the depression ratios. - The thumb buttons are odd. The front one has a solid click but the back one seems half-depressed and is more of a mush. - The mouse wheel is one of those solid slow rollers. No loud audible clicking from rolling but a bit of a muted thud. Spinning quickly up dramatically raises the volume level as it clicks against something inside. - Middle click is very hard, requires too much effort to be a usable gaming button. - The ergonomic shape is actually comfortable if youre an index/middle finger button rester but not if youre middle/ring or claw. Overall, I see this mouse being useful for the time being just to unplug the demonic Logitech product and have SOME sort of mouse at hand but this isnt a product I would actually want to use. It does not seem gaming friendly or even friendly for the type of use I want (many thumb and middle clicks for multitabbing). It also seems like it would be difficult to use for children, the elderly, or the impaired because of the hard presses and rolls required. If sound is an issue for you, the clicks are loud but the wheel is relatively quiet when going slow.
