*** Do Not Buy *** Yup, Made in China and it has not lasted even 1 year I bought this mouse to replace an identical looking MS mouse that worked as it should for years and this one only lasted 10 months and now it is malfunctioning! The mouse pointer jumps allover the place out of control. I replaced the battery with a new one - no difference. I removed the driver and re-installed such, still not functioning. The warranty says 3 years - Great! except the MS warranty says to send it back to the seller - Amazon but, Amazon does not have MS, as a warranty vendor, set up for ease of use. You cannot contact Amazon - or it is hard ot reach an actual human being and this purchase is too old for a standard return so, Ive been had! Make it tough to use a 3 year warranty on a 14 $$ mouse - not worth it and they (MS and Amazon) know it. Ill head to my local Targt store for a replacement and will try to find one NOT made in China. Everything on this site is fast turning to extreme CHEAP in "quality" (chinazon)

Works OK sometimes, but it seems to have an issue with moving the cursor smoothly; it gets a bit "jerky" at times. I am going to return it if possible. Ive tried it for a few days and it has become irritating. Update: Changed rating from 2-stars to a 1-star. This mouse or its driver software seems to have serious issue. It is getting worse every time I use it. The pointer on the screen sticks and/or bounces all over the place. This appears to occur to a greater degree when other background process takes 1 or 2% from the system; that is, the system idle status drops down to 98% or slightly less. This did not happen with my old Logitech 525 which works fine for several years. I switched USB ports to see if that will settle this thing down. Regardless, I have made arrangements to return this mouse that has an obvious issue. I ordered a new Logitech mouse; this defective Microsoft mouse is going back as soon as the replacement arrives.. Update: The Logitech M705 Marathon I just purchased works beautifully. The MS Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 that I am returning is worthless and useless. Maybe I got a bad one.

Mouse is awesome and I love it, but it has a scrolling issue. When I scroll the wheel and before feeling the tick its making the move on screen, like moving just by touching the wheel, its really annoying when you have to scroll a lot or for designing like I do. -- UPDATE -- Now the device is getting pretty annoying, pointer jumps from one side to another when Im moving it (like a lag), it might be the battery but I just have less than a week with it, so it cant be possible.

The mouse is beautiful. I am a halo lover however, the receiver that came with it cannot be the right one. There is a space to house the receiver but the one in the package will not allow the back to close or lay flat. I have used this mouse a few times in the two weeks Ive had it and now nothing. Im not sure I received a new mouse. So disappointed.

This hasnt been the most wonderful mouse Ive owned, but I had to immediately replace a bluetooth mouse that started acting erratically. My issues with it: 1. Its slightly smaller than my 3-year-old Microsoft 4000, which isnt a large mouse to start with. (see picture) 2. The scroll wheel has the notched action to it, but it feels...loose. My 4000 has smooth action and has never failed me. 3. The scroll wheel will act up if not perfectly situated according to rules only it knows. Ill have a window suddenly scroll one notch up or down without my hand even being on the mouse. Or it will sometimes stutter between two scroll positions until I move it clear from its current position. I like that its RF so it doesnt interfere with my bluetooth speaker, but I cant give the credit for that to Microsoft. It doesnt happen constantly and it will get me through until I feel the need to replace it, so thats why Im giving it 3 stars instead of 2. == UPDATE 12/3/2017 == My #3 issue above (scroll wheel acting up) was too much to take and I threw the mouse away today. In my line of work, the scroll wheel added to key combinations has meanings far beyond a simple window scroll. When it would suddenly scroll, it would be at the worst time and cause real aggravation. I wanted to find a concrete wall in the stairwell and throw it against it and revel in its destruction.

This mouse should be avoided at all costs, at least in my opinion. It seems nobody else on this earth is having trouble with it other than me. The trouble started almost instantly. I took it out of the case and plugged in the USB into the front of my PC. Right away the mouse cursor was lagging across the screen and every time a new window or website would open it would lag even worse. So I started using it off of the mouse and it helped for 5 minutes until it began doing it again. I thought, my mouse pad looks pretty scratchy and messed up, so I bought a new one, once again, for maybe a couple of hours it was good, until it began lagging again. I thought, maybe the battery they sent was garbage, so I put in 2 new ones (2 different times), and this didnt do anything. Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver software and that didnt do anything. I dont understand how this device could be so bad. Ive tried every solution I could think of, and everything Ive looked up and nothing has helped. Either I got a broken one, or it doesnt work with my configuration, either way, this is a one-star, horrible mouse. If anyone can think of suggestions to fix it, Id be more than happy to listen. Thank you
