As the IT guy for the mid-sized company I work for, the Logitech MK320 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse are my go-to for everyone. Whenever we purchase a new computer or laptop for an employee, I always add one of these on top because they reduce visual clutter and are high-quality. The construction of both the keyboard and mouse are solid, and unless you have very specific tastes in keyboards or need particular extra features, there is nothing to complain about in their design or feel. The set comes with batteries included and the battery-life is great. In an office environment, I have not had to replace my batteries since Ive been using the keyboard and mouse (a little over a year) and I do not hear any complaints from any of the other employees about battery life. I also appreciate how simple the set-up is for anyone. You do not need to know anything about technology! Just unbox the keyboard and mouse, plug in the tiny USB receiver, remove the battery tabs, and youre done! You can be up and running in literally three minutes. Finally, I do also recommend this set--which includes the Logitech Unifying receiver--because of the ability to mix and match other Logitech wireless mice and keyboards. This is especially helpful if you have a laptop that you take between your work and home office: you can keep a single receiver plugged in and not have to lug a keyboard and mouse back and forth.

I specifically bought this product because the description states, "Tiny Unifying receiver stays in your laptop and connects up to six compatible mice and keyboards." Logitech has products with Unifying receivers which have a little orange star on them and theyre all cross compatible with one another (they also use Logitechs Unifying software). This product is not part of that system. I spent like an hour looking at keyboards making sure that that was in the description, so imagine my aggravation when this arrived. The keyboard and mouse are both fine for what they are—they type and point effectively—but this error in the product description means I either have to send it back or deal with it not being what I want. Very. Annoying.

So I have waited to do a review on this product for almost a year to see how it holds up. I work from home and that means I spend a lot of time on the computer..anywhere from 8-10 hours a day, five days a week. The keyboard works great and I have not had to replace the batteries yet. Mouse is the same. I like that the keyboard does have a separate number pad. Price cannot be beat. I have always had good luck with Logitech products

I bought this keyboard and mouse combo about a month ago. Instead of using the mouse it came with, I paired it with a Logitech M705 mouse. I began having latency issues as others have described, but even worse problems with the aforementioned mouse. The short: DISABLE the Logitech Setpoint software AFTER you set everything up. Leave it installed, but remove it from running at login. Yes, you WILL lose advanced functionality (like assigning special functions to buttons) but its worth it in the end. The long: Logitech Setpoint needs updated to work better in Windows 10. Install it, select the Unifying option and allow it to pair up your keyboard and mouse with the Unifying Receiver. Once its paired, close out of, and disable the software from running at login (Ccleaner is GREAT for easily doing this). Once Setpoint is disabled, say goodbye to the keyboard latency problems, as well as mouse problems (more on that in my M705 review.) What will still work with Setpoint disabled: All basic functions of the keyboard All top-row keys (Email, Browser, Media Player (all still assignable WITHOUT Setpoint). Track forward/back Play. Volume Up/Down and Mute Calculator. What WONT work after disabling Setpoint: Buttons youve assigned and customized. --I changed the Show Desktop to Media Player Stop and that wont work without Setpoint running. On-screen notifications. --The CAPS lock will not alert you on-screen when turned on/off. Volume keys still work fine though for on-screen notifications. Ive been using this keyboard now for days without any latency issues whatsoever. Yes, you are giving up advanced functionality for what is just basic functionality but youre at least still wireless. This is a fresh Windows 10 64-bit Pro custom build PC that I built myself. Bottom line: Logitech needs to fix their software. Their hardware, on the other hand, works GREAT once you disable Setpoint! HOPE this helps someone save some time and headache! Finally, one other thing to note: As others have stated, the keyboard I received states K330 as the model number on it. NO difference in features and still works PERFECT once you disable the Setpoint software. Im VERY happy with this wireless keyboard. p/n 820-004987 There are eleven add-on function keys, the standard 12 function keys, and an additional 5 wordprocessing keys, however, there are no lighted indicators for caps or num locks on the keyboard (which came with no instructions for use). In this age of technology with passwords being case specific, that is inconvenient, at best. The "two heights" are both insufficient working angles. The entire profile is too low for comfortable working space. When I did find the instructions to download, the corresponding key definitions were quite confusing. (ex, Def. Key #12 is the F5 key, Key #13 is the F6 key, etc. ). I just dont like it. The mouse that comes with this keyboard, the M215, has a button on the underside that houses the USB and the battery. Getting this hatch to open comfortably is problematic. Ive been keyboarding since CRTs, have participated in beta keyboard trials for both laptops and PC keyboards, wireless and wired, and giving this wireless keyboard two stars is generous. Its not going to stand up to the 8-10 hour work day. Its great for a home computer that is not used heavily or for a beginner or novice wireless user.

Ordered this expressly because the product description stated that it included a unifying receiver that I could use with my existing Logitech mouse that I really love (its bigger and has more buttons than the included mouse in this bundle). I only have so many USB ports and wanted to use the same receiver for both that mouse and this keyboard. Unfortunately upon opening the package I discovered that it is a receiver specifically tailored for this bundle rather than a unifying receiver featuring the orange star logo, despite Amazons claims on the product page. The keyboard will not pair to my existing unifying receiver so I need to use two USB ports to use it with my existing Logitech mouse. The keyboard is perfectly serviceable with nice travel and good, clicky keys that provide a satisfying punch for both typing and gaming, and would easily warrant four stars on its own merits. However, I specifically bought this package over cheaper keyboards from other brands (including AmazonBasics) because the products included were indicated to be Unifying-compatible, and they are not. Logitech and Amazon really let me down here.

I bought this for work, its a full size keyboard with hot keys (switch screens/desktop/volume/etc..) at the top, which are handy, and a decent sized mouse but if you have large hands then you probably wont like using the mouse. The only issue I have with this product is that usually at least once or twice during my eight hour work day the keyboard loses its bluetooth connection for a few moments. The only way Ive been able to "wake it up" is to physically lift the keyboard up a few inches which, strangely enough, seems to do the trick. My computer tower with the USB bluetooth connector is only about one foot away from the keyboard so I dont think its a connection issue. It might be the keyboard going to sleep to conserve energy as there are times Im primarily using my mouse and not typing for extended periods of time however, it doesnt happen in the morning when I log in for the day so Im not sure if its a defective element or what but doesnt affect me enough to return it. Its definitely not a deal-breaker, especially since the price is pretty reasonable but it can get pretty annoying when Im busy. Aside from that issue, the keyboard works well otherwise and the mouse works perfect. I would recommend it as long as you dont get frustrated with possible minor connection glitches

Its a nice little budget combo. I bought this because another MK320 set that I bought almost exactly 7 years ago according to Amazon started acting up. Still pretty much worked, but after that much time of 8-10 hours daily keys started sticking and the cursor started getting a little erratic despite new batteries. Was actually happy its still being sold so I dont have to learn a new keyboards shortcuts. I did take one star off for battery life. Ive never gotten more than about two months out of one on the mouse. They claim 5, which is a total lie. Well, maybe not since they say "up to". I guess you could claim "up to" anything depending on how little its used. They keyboard claim of a year might be accurate, I rarely had to change that battery. ***My Rating Criteria*** 5 Stars: Works exactly as advertised, fit/finish are what youd expect when purchasing this type of product AND it is a good value 4 Stars: Works exactly as advertised, fit/finish are what youd expect when purchasing this type of product, might have a minor flaw 3 Stars: Generally works but Id change a few things OR Product works great but differs from description/images 2 Stars: Barely works but can be made useful if you try 1 Star: Useless, does not perform its intended function whatsoever and is generally a waste of money

I am not much for technology, but the computer has become a necessity if only to review books on Amazon. The keyboard on my laptop has long been unusable with letters that dont work. I bought this product some five years ago and it saved me buying a new computer. It was easy to install, contrary to what I feared. Then, a month or so ago, the product stopped working. I wasnt happy in that I have limited mobility to get to the store. I also thought I would have to buy a new laptop at last. I found this product on Amazon which is identical to the product I bought several years ago. It was delivered promptly and I used points earned from the credit card, avoiding any expense. When I set the product up on my laptop it still didnt work. Again, I wasnt happy. I called the manufacturer after navigating its webpage which isnt particularly user friendly. When I got a live voice, the person was helpful indeed. There was some code that needed to be installed in the computer before the product would work and she helped me in what proved a painless process of installation. I dont know how it got lost because the system had worked all these years. Anyway, I probably didnt need the replacement product if the problem was that the inside computer link had disappeared. Still the product had lasted longer than I reasonably could have expected, is inexpensive, and the service from the manufacture, when I finally reached the technician, was courteous and immediately resolved the issue. Users of this product should remember to change the batteries periodically. Robin Friedman
